Daniel is a barber with no customer service or client experience what so ever, besides making an appointment with him and my son waiting over 30min to get a hair cut without him showing up, once he showed up he decides to cut somebody( his buddy) else’s hair. None of the other Barbers offered to help out or to cut my sons hair, very bad service. I don’t recommend it to no body unless you know the owner.

Great place, Jane does a great job,I never have to wait. My cut is always on the money. From what I seen all the barbers are good and professional. Very safe environment good parking.

Only reason in giving this shop 2 stars was cause the barber was decent at cutting hair and was from the bay like i am, hes overall a nice guy, but i would have given 1 after cause of Kevin, the owner of the shop... im new to town, i call to see if he uses straight razors on new clients (not all barbers use it on new clients cause horror stories) he says yes and i ask how much for just a cut and just gout curious how much for a shave... he quotes me the prices for both and gives me 11 oclock... i walk in, decided not to get the shave, but still want a razor fade, he just gives me you another guy cause i didnt want a shave... bad customer service right there.. luckily the man gave me to was decent, but pissed cause i made as appointment just for a haircut decided no on the shave like my money want good enough

My son got hair cut from Diversity Barber Lounge first time, he liked his hair cut. It’s better if make appointment, we walked in and had to wait for long time

Terrible service, I had set up an appointment, had to wait nearly 40 minutes and the guy wasn’t even there, then when he did show up we had to wait for another person, who we’ve been waiting longer for. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend and definitely last time i’m going

Worst Barber shop In elk Grove. Dont let the Alien looking dude Named Deion hampton cut your hair. Jimmy will mess you up too the fat asian guy. they in the back (worst ones usually get the back of the shop) If you go there sit in Chris Paks chair towards the front. he been doin it for years he know wassup. Anyway Deion pushed my hairline way Back Now I gotta wear a hat. Dont let those guys degrade you in there. Didnt pay for nothin the manager knew My **** was pushed all the way back

This place is awful. They dont even acknowledge you or greet you when you go in. My son and I waited for more than an hour but no one helped us. Meanwhile they kept helping other walk in customers who came in after we did. Very disrespectful. We are never going back there.
