A few months ago my home owners insurance annual premium was due. Now that my mortgage is paid, I pay more attention to taxes and insurance. I had been using a well know insurance company which is only available online because I bundled my HO insurance with my car. For over a year, the online company had administrative errors. I wanted to shop for something better. What surprised me is that a traditional local State Farm Sargent blew me away with premiums, options, and service. My coverage is far better than it had been for year, the premium is lower, and she educated me and provided me with resources so that I understand my policies and they are stored in a clearly labeled manual. It is near all of my emergency supplies! Call her!Update: I just had my first annual review with Leslie. I have never had such personal concern about my family and our financial security! She remembers each person and little quirks in our lifestyle. We talked about options, both to save me money and to make sure that I have the appropriate safety net. For example, one car is hardly driven--so rarely that the computer used the annual average for mileage. Leslie caught that before I did and had a new bill prepared based on actual mileage. She also explained other cost saving benefits offered by State Farm. I am a customer for life and will always trust Leslie.
