The clerk in shipping and receiving is rude and not helpful he just stamped my paperwork and rudely gave it back he didn’t say which steps to take after at all I had to be asking warehouse workers what to do and where to park fortunately they were very helpful giving me info I needed to get my truck unloaded …

Friendly staff and clean facility. Can be busy at times although they get you in and out in a timely manner.

Be ready to wait long, does not matter you p/u or deliver, bring proper ID or DL, take any open door btw 55 and 47, and go to the office. P/u and delivery on the east side of the building. Do not park on the front of those doors!

Office staff wasted 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on. Dock workers are good dudes. It took me 4 hours to get five pallets unloaded because the office staff doesnt know whats going on. when you arrive theres a couple parking spots down on the left you can park out of the way. Check in door is right there on the corner when you pull into the lot on the right.

Very positive, from the check in, until unload, also looks like a great place to work.

Loved these guys helped put scale stickers on and we knocked it out fast and the two young gentleman that unloaded me were very friendly.

Get in a dock first, which is so chaotic, then check in . 3M loads get taken care faster over here. Gave it 3 stars because the staffs are nice. I wish they were more organized in getting you a dock...

I love the people who work here. What I cant stand is that I never get out of there in a timely fashion. I expect at least an hour to load. But it never fails, it takes 4 hours more often than not.

I had 11am appointment I came here on time, backed into a dock (per instructions) and then went to check in. My load was not ready yet and they told me to try coming back the next day at 6am when they open. I just closed my doors and left without picking up any load because thats ridiculous.

You have to wait inside to unload you, and they are unloading me for two hours one pallet for now

The slowest dock workers on earth. It is always 3 to 5 hrs to get 2 skids. Also as you sit there for three to five hours hours they have no bathroom and will not let you use one under any circumstances not a very driver friendly place.

No public restroom.Really?

Its a job. Nothing more nothing less.
