Been with this company for almost 6 years now. And as you can tell no I’m not related to any one from the company but they are definitely my family. From starting my own company to hiring many drivers for me in which them drivers are now Owner operators with their own LLC leased with the company (And yes I can prove it) they have help me grow not only as a driver but also as a better person overall. Lord knows I’m not the best driver and I’ve made my mistakes but a good attitude, communication and hard work really pays off. I recommend this company to any driver that’s serious about a career in truck driving. I have no complaints. Continue to do a great job CHI LOGISTICS!

Hi, I just wanted to say this is a great company, what I love the most is that when I told our dispatcher if he could have our driver come home by the weekend he gets us back home for the weekend on time they give us great paying loads. They are a professional company so you need to be a professional carrier as well. So Chi Logistics is a great fit for my company. Thank you

Before I begin, I’m sure all these good surveys were written by one of their family members or something. These people are so greedy when it comes to money, and I’m going to explain why. Hear me out y’all! And one thing I don’t do is lie, I own up to my mistakes. I worked for this company for a few months and I’ll be the first one to say: I AM NOT PERFECT! I’ve gotten a few speed alerts for going 60+ in a 55 because the speed limit changes so frequently so sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the speed limit and speed change but let me tell you something: I OWN UP TO MY WRONGS! This company DOESN’T. You know what they say: Most of these companies only care about their loads, not their drivers! This company is a PRIME EXAMPLE of that! They do NOT care about our well being, all they care about is MONEY! I am a pregnant driver who referred my boyfriend/baby father to the company and he began teaming with me. Now even though we are a team, we are still TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE who get paid on TWO SEPARATE ACCOUNTS so my** mistakes shouldn’t have been HIS** mistakes. The other night I slipped on black ice because their tires suck so bad, and I slid off the road onto this hill on the grass and although I SHOULD HAVE ROLLED OVER, I DID NOT BECAUSE I HANDLED THE WHEEL and managed to just hijack. I saved the trailer, the load, and most importantly MY LIFE...but my life wasn’t important to them. When I called to report the incident, the first and ONLY thing they asked me was: “Is the truck okay? Can we still deliver this load?” Like NEVER MIND ME AND MY UNBORN CHILD! All they cared about was THEIR TRUCK AND THEIR LOAD! They ended up terminating me (not for the incident) but because I had a DOT officer set up an inspection that took place that night but I wouldn’t get the inspection results until a day or 2 later, and I forgot to mention it to them. Never mind that I have a pregnancy brain and never mind that I almost lost my life, and never mind the fact that I didn’t even receive the results the same day....All they cared about was the inspection, the inspection that I ACTUALLY ENDED UP PASSING! Like if it was an inspection where I got the results right then and there then maybe I would’ve remembered but with everything going on, it slipped my mind. So they terminated both me AND my partner and they kept our last paycheck even though HE HAD NOTHING to do with the inspection AND HE MOST DEFINITELY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ACCIDENT so he shouldn’t have had his money stolen. That’s basically what they did, they stole his money because he’s “my team mate” but this is illegal and we are now going to fight it. I’m sure they are going to try and keep our escrow pay because they’re so money hungry, and that won’t work out in their favor honestly. My incident has NOTHING to do with my partner so he shouldn’t have had ANY money taken from his account. These people make so much money from their loads, they would’ve gotten their money back, not to mention I just referred a new driver to them and even though I won’t be getting a referral bonus, THEY WILL be making more money because of me. This company is full of greedy Russians who only care about money and having nice kicks. I don’t care that I was terminated because I have a better job offer on standby, I care that they stole my team mate’s money because they’re so money hungry. They don’t know the dangers we go through on these roads, and THEY HONESTLY DO NOT CARE EITHER! So game on y’all, let’s go 💯

As an ex driver for this scam company i can tell you guys DO NOT EVER think to work for them,they will steal your money, their reputation is the worst in the business you ll be inspected by every State DOT officer because they know their bad safety records,i can guarantee youll get a bad ticket in your 1st weak,you ll NEVER get your escrows and deposits back,all these good reviews you see here are from their employees,they will take money from your paycheck to fix their garbage trucks.NO E PASS so you have to make a stop at every weigh station,they pay for you nasty hotel and drug test but they deduct everything from your 1st paycheck.

I recovered a semi truck for this company.From Florida to Chicago. They paid me my money upon my arrival. I drove Over the road for three weeks. My first pay was short $400 and my final payment is short $1000 . I will see you in court. I will get my $1400 . Professional Truck Drivers Do Not Drive For These Dam Crooks

I have been with this company for over 2 years. I have been nothing but respected and paid on time. I guess that has a lot to do with me doing my part of the job and being professional.For all the negative reviews I have to say, If anybody owed me money I would not have a problem walking into the office and demanding whats mine. Why write here under fake names if you are owed money?

I’m giving this company a low rating due to the unsafe driving of one of their truck’s driver. This foolish person came up behind my car (heading S on highway 55) so quickly I felt he was going to hit me (I was going 70 mph). Instead he extreme-tailgated me for the next couple of miles until I could get over. Then he barely let me get over before he flew past me. Very unsafe driving!!! What kinda company hires unsafe drivers??!!

Currently an employee here. Love the workspace, no ones on top of you to do your work, you put in effort and you get compensated for your work. Its really family like and everyone wants to succeed. It is a great place for those who want to be appreciated for their work and career.

Overall company cant tell because Ill be lying but Niike what a guy. I got denied, I dont know why all I have in my record is a single ticket. He was assigned as my recruiter not a word back, today I still havent heard from him. What a super bad recruiter. Official Florida MVR available upon request.

Ive worked for chi for two years as an owner operator. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. My checks from them were always good. Accounting has never missed paying me for a load. My dispatchers have been really open and honest with me. True transparency from the owner down to the dispatch. The folks in the office have always been wonderful to talk to. They treat their drivers not with just respect but like good friends and family. Ive walked into the owners office, sat and told him my troubles, and hes gone out of his way to help me. Do your job, be honest, and dont try to bs people and these guys will make you profitable.

Didnt work here but was inquiring to, went through process and when inquired about previous drivers review i was told have a good day. I asked to see a settlement pertaining as to what deductions I would be paying per week. If you cant answer those basic questions before I sign on then youre probably not a company i want or need to work for. smhDrivers comment is prob accurate. These guys dont understand that communication and customer service go along way and the latter doesnt exist here.
