Our box that was sent from April hasn’t been received by our family in the Philippines, we tried to call them about it and they always dismissed us or say please call the customer service. We do call the customer service but nobody is answering our calls so then we call the office again and tell us off again and they always ask for our phone number and says to call us back but never got any call back from them.
In the past the packages have been delivered in a timely manner so when I got to my destination the packages were already there and in place. The packages were not damaged nothing was broken and they were in the condition the way I packed them when I received them 7,000 km away. I highly recommend this company to ship your packages overseas to the Philippines.
Very bad, please don’t use them, they opened my 2 boxes and stole the Victoria secret lotion and spray mist and my Michael kors bag. They are bunch of thieves.
Thank you very much Global Cargo Movers. My boxes arrived safely and the box is really in good shape. My family in Pasig and Davao has no issues with the delivery and they really handle it with care. They informed my family before they deliver the box. I will be sending my boxes through them.

They are liers . Not responding. Over 6 months since box was sent. They said no one was there to receive the box. First off thats a lie. There is almost always someone there. Plus the person I sent it to has relatives living next door. They never saw delivery truck ever come. They could have tried to call. But they said they just took it back to Manila where it sat for two months without them trying to deliver again. Not until I contacted them, then they said they will try to deliver again. Been over a month. Still not delivered. Horrible HORRIBLE company. We lost hundreds of dollars . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! NOTE To owner if you see this review. I will edit the review if the box is ever Delivered.
I hope the owner will get this message so they can improve their service. Everytime my boxes arrived, theres always a damage and when I tried to file a complain, nobody even tried to respond to it. They dont even make a call to let my family knows that theyre on the way to deliver the boxes. One time, my husband (an American) try to call the warehouse in Cebu, via long distance call, the lady on the other line said to my husband, Can you speak Bisaya? too funny right?
Do not ship your boxes with this place if you want it to get there.one lie after another. call the main office in Manila same lie if you can get someone to answer phone.use someone else.
Do not use this company. They are rude and upcharge everything. Was given a price and moving scenario over the phone. When the movers came, the supervisor changed everything which raised the cost. Even yelled at my wife and called her names while we were on the phone with Ed who is the owner. They left abruptly while we were on the phone with the owner. In order to save his job the supervisor, who was an angry man with white hair and a white beard, told the owner they left because we said we werent going to pay them to save his job. A complete lie.

Disappointed, It has been almost 3 months since i sent the package from Chicago going to Pampanga Philippines, but it didnt arrived yet. ive been calling them but all i got is different informations from different agents. Really frustrating specially some of the goddies were already expired.
Box havent been received yet, it has been 6 months since I sent it.
Always gets my shipments to the Philippines in a timely manner and are very affordable.
