I love the staff very professional and polite. Yes, you may have to wait sometime but that just tells you how demanding their service is. And I have never felt rushed I am not there to spend the day. My time is valuable as is theirs so I understand they need the chair we talk during and get out. Love Glamorous Nails

Its been forever since I got a mani and pedi and I havent gotten one in etown since Ive moved down here so I compared nail salons on Google and figured Id come to Glamorous Nails I only planned on getting a mani but I the gentleman I had was awesome and he had done such a great job on my mani i decided to get a pedi also and both exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!! Love how they turned out!!

Very unsanitary! I declined service from them and the man was rude to me about it. I don’t understand how he can be rude when they used dirty and non sanitized tools! I wouldn’t recommend!! After informing them about sanitation, they poured alcohol in a cup with only the handle of the tools in the solution. 🥴 The towel on the floor was picked up to wipe down chairs “for the next client”. Beware!

They do a wonderful job. I wont go no where else.

They were really quick I had asked for gel not only gel polish for my fill in I did not get that they were determined to use acrylic not even 2 weeks later my nails popped off literally with no pain just like they were press on nails I have never had that happen i am so not pleased and even with getting gel nails they still charge an extra $15 for the polish smh

I went here abt a week b4 my annual foot Dr appt. I told the young man, i think his name was Carnel, I dont want nail polish but do everything else to make my feet look presentable for my Dr appt. I did the medium pedi, abt $45 i think. In the past, techs from other places did an average job. This time i was very satisfied!!

Glamourous Nails is a full service nail salon located in Elizabethtown. They are top notch. My nails have never looked better than they do now. (My real nails) They started me on Gel nails [like acrylic but a tad bit more expensive] until my own nails grew to the length I desired. They babied my nails and made me feel like I was more than just another set of tips they were putting on someones fingers. As of now, I have the dipped powder on my real nails and they look amazing. Glamorous Nails doesnt use the UV lights with their dipped powder so it is much better for your nails. Their Pedicures are FABULOUS!!! This is by far the best nail salon in town. I can give my honest opinion because I have been to all of the nail salons on Dixie Hwy.

Got a full set Saturday and had one break the next day, I came in for repair and they made me pay to get it fixed. I wouldn’t mind paying normally but it broke ONE day after getting them done. My nails look good tho but had to come in twice and wait both times and paid $45 total for one set of acrylics.

Staff here are always nice..... My powder dip from here lasts 3+ weeks.... Great manicures.... Only complaint is it takes a long time but to be honest they do such a good job and thats what takes so long!

I would not go to this place at all! I just got my nails filled in! And they charged me $45 for a fill. They said their fills are 25 and the polish is 20 that is ridiculous!! When I told him thats not what the sign says he said I didnt ask for an explanation about how it works. Being a nail salon they should explain that. Everywhere else you go you get a fill plus color for around $20

Really didnt want to give them a 🌟 at all. First time( my daughter and I) coming to glamorous nails. Already sat for about 30 min . waiting to get a fill in. Then when there was an opening for 2 people the nail tech looks us up and down and plus the people that came in behind us, then says she doesnt do fill ins and neither does the next guy open. No we will not. spend any money here. And will tell everyone how rude these people are.

I was stationed at Knox for 3 years, easily the best nail place around! To this day, I received the best pedicures from Glamorous. Unfortunately I PCSed and had no idea how good I had it! Glamorous nails you are missed!!

Got my nails done here no wait time, on a Saturday they look beautiful and staff was very friendly, my grandmother enjoyed it as well. BUT THE SHELLAC PEELED OFF of me and CHIPPED off my grandmother in less than a week

My first visit to this salon was two weeks ago and I was a bit discouraged at first by my wait time. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and the salon was packed full of ladies waiting for service and I had an estimated wait time of an hour and thirty minutes before I could get a full set of acrylics. I did wait over that estimated time frame, about thirty minutes longer, and the whole process of getting full acrylics took about an hour as well. Thankfully I had an open schedule that day.I did notice that several people who signed in after me were attended to first, but that depended on what services they had requested and which technicians were available for each process. Understandable if you ask me; yet, some other peoples reviews on here are a little harsh because of this.I left, however, with excellent quality nails and polish and was happy overall.Today I got my acrylics filled in and the service was much quicker. I only had to wait for about fifteen to twenty minutes because the storefront was not so tightly packed with other patrons. I talked to the nail tech who serviced me and he confided in me that Sundays are very busy and the wait times are long because their location is one of the only nail salons in town that opens on Sunday.The fill-in process was, of course, quicker than getting the acrylics initially and the time was filled with friendly, lighthearted conversation with the nail tech and another client who was seated next to me. I left again with excellent quality nails and polish, feeling giddy as ever. The tech that did my nails was very gentle and light handed while servicing me and treated me kindly and respectfully.I have never used their other services, only acrylic work, but I must say that the staff seem very attentive and eager to do their very best to satisfy their clients in my opinion.The facility is newly remodeled to be aesthetically inviting and to accommodate many visitors with several services at one time. The storefront has televisions to watch while you wait and magazines to read as well. It is a bit lacking in waiting area seating, but I think that is a minor grievance. They have a wide variety of polishes, but sadly they do not have my favorite shade of seafoam green. But, next time Ill mention it and maybe theyll get it.TLDR: Dont let a couple of other peoples bad experiences influence your decision when there are many others that have come out happy and with gorgeous nails from this salon. Experience it for yourself at least once or twice to see if this place is for you. Give it a couple chances before giving up because sometimes your first impression isnt always 20/20.

At one time they gave good service but now you wait forever, pay more and they rush and do a poor job nd have a nasty attitude while doing it. I had to come home and finish my pedicure. Wont be going back ther $100 down the drain.

This is my second visit here and my experience was not as good as the first. I tried dipped nails for the first time and picked out a Aqua blue nail color. The process is new to me so I did not know what to expect. I sat quietly as a nail tech did my nails for almost 2hrs. As she was finishing, I notices that my nails looked opaque...close to a natural nail color. I did not ask why my nails were not the color I wanted before I paid because the process was new to me and I had no idea that this was the final look. (I was asked to pay mid way through). When I showed the tech the color that i requested she immediately noticed her error and stated that she grabbed the wrong powder color. She said that she could soak my nails and start the process all over again. I did not have another 2hrs to spare and go through the process again so I requested a voucher or certificate to use next time. I was told no and that I could only get my nails fixed today for no charge. Im very disappointed and frustrated with the service and manner in which I was treated.

I’ve recently moved to this area and have tried 3-4 other salons. I really just want clean and friendly service. Went on Derby Day to another shop which closed early so called Glamorous Nails and they were open. The shop was quite busy and there were 4-5 people in front of me on the sign in sheet so I relaxed and waited. The salon has been completely remodeled. Brand new everything and it is clean and professional. They have a lot of stations and everyone seemed happy to be there. They made sure to check with me on what service I needed and let me know about how long it would be. The customers around me were all people that had switched to Glamorous Nails from the other place near Goodwill on Dixie. I was seen in about 25 minutes which was acceptable since it was moving well and so many people were in front of me. I was seen by Sina and she did a great job on my pedicure and gel nails. They had a large selection of gel nail colors (around 500) and are also doing dip nails. I chose the deluxe pedi which was $40 and my gel nails were $30. I was very happy with the service, timeliness and conversation. Other salons feel very rushed and I didn’t feel that way at all. Sina was friendly and fun to talk to and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Walked in for a fill, was told i needed new set cause they did not do. I said no just a fill. Then told me extra to do them 25 and then extra for Gel. Total 75SERIOUSLY they must think most of us our dumb or something. I polietly said your kidding right ? I said no thanks and left and went to Lmoir nails literally next to golden corral 40 dollars fill and they were AMAZING. Will defiantly tell everyone to go there and stay away from Glamorous Nail. Shame shane

Great service, they have good materials that don’t require constant nail repairs. The wait can be a little long, but it’s well worth it.

Waited 2 hours told it would only be an hour wait to be told by two different people that someone else will help us, had to walk out after two other people who came in after us got worked one.

I visit this location frequently and have always been satisified but my complaint is very serious only has to do with my most recent visit . I went for a pedicure and it was a busy afternoon due to the holiday weekend, which is understandable. I was told my wait would be approximately 30 minutes (which was fantastic considering I expected longer).I waited patiently until it was my turn. Once I was called over to my pedicure chair, I placed my feet into the already filled foot spa. It was not as warm as usual, but warmer than lukewarm water. I informed the nail technician of what type of service(s) I would like (pedicure/french manicure design). He then informed me that he could not give me the french manicure design because he felt my nails were too short so I agreed to a nail color versus the french manicure design.The nail technician continued with the pedicure, yet cut my nails even shorter without first asking if I wanted them even trimmed shorter. Usually I am asked if I want a trim but was not in this case. He was a little rougher than what I am used to with a pedicure.. The pedicure was done very quickly, and in my opinion, with little attention to detail. I tried to have some sympathy to the fact that all the technicians were very busy due to the holiday weekend. It was not until later that night did I begin having discomfort in my big toe on my right foot. By the next morning, my big toe was swollen looking and is still very big and red. It now leaks pus and clear liquid. It hurts when any pressure is put upon it or around the redness. Clearly, the area is infected.Infections are not a joke. I feel that customers should be aware that I got this infection and if you are still going to choose to visit this location, please make sure that their nail utensils are CLEAN!

First going there was on Mothers Day so of course they were busy, no biggie. My mother and I both got pedis and they did not do a very good job. They rushed to get me and my mother done. I would of rather been there a little longer for them taking their time and doing a good job.
