If I could give no stars I would. Being a cosmetologist wanting to treat myself it was a bad idea! Nails not even, wanted electric neon pink ended up with red, and this place is absolutely unsanitary! I thought they would clean nails and push back cuticles nope put nails right on top. Asked to get fixed but they didnt want to and said it was right. This place should be closed down so gross & unprofessional.

My mom and I each had the spa pedicure today and it was the best pedicure I have ever had! Jolie and Nick were meticulous and took their time cleaning and prepping our nails. The spa pedicure also included hot stones rubbed on our lower legs, orange/sugar type rub, and warm towels wrapped around our legs and feet before the polish was applied. The polish was also applied neatly and I noticed afterwards how nicely my nails were shaped. I high recommend Professionail!

This is a great nail salon, very clean and nice people. They dont rush and do a very thorough and amazing job. One of the best pedicures Ive had in a really long time, good value for cost and overall relaxing experience.Highly recommended!!

I am so disappointed I have been going to this place from time to time for many years. I went today I guess after I didnt understand what he said I guess got mad. He ask me if I wanted my nails cut down. I said very little. He started filing he filed my skin so jerked back (2). So we went on when he filed again he filed my knuckles on my pinky they are still burning 2hrs later. I didnt want polish just clear so after he was done he said go dry and started a pedicure. I had to pickup keys and wallet with wet nails. I tried to upload my nails left hand longer than right. Its really noticeable

I came with my mom and had a shellac mani/pedi. ABSOLUTELY relaxing and had great customer service. Le did a great job and I cant wait to come back!

I had my first nail experience with Jolie at Professionail - Towne Mall. The shop was clean and organized. The staff was polite and friendly. I cant wait to go for my next appointment and add a spa pedicure with my services.

Pricey! $120 for a manicure and pedicure. The young lady did an OK job! I am still evaluating the cost.

This is my favorite place to get a nails done and pedicure. They pay attention to detail and are in no rush with your service. I showed them a picture and they do what I ask for. They are so nice and do a fantastic job.

Terrible!!! Go across town to the other places !! Super rude! They did completely opposite of what I asked them for my daughter and they were rough with her. The older lady with the fake eyelashes is the worst! Once we told her what she was doing was wrong she ended up being rough towards my daughter. We will not return there...

Just took my 8 year old daughter to get a manicure. No gel, no acrylic, just her nails polished. $50 dollars for 15 minutes!!! Livid would be an understatement of how I feel right now. I will NEVER go there again, nor will anyone I know go there either. INSANE!

Was orginally going to go to another salon but i called here and there was no wait time and they sat me down right away the lady did amazing on my acrylic nails and i love them ive been asked where i got them done and told them to come here they did a really great job and i will be making this my go to nail salon

So with this place it depends on who you get I can say no matter what the customer service is good the guy does the best job he doesnt file the nails back a ton and he is very gentle and his shapes are better then the other lady is very social and nice and friendly but her shapes arent as good and she files down a lot and files back the cuticles and it kinda hurts overall my nails have always looked decent and I am satisfied. I posted pics for reference the purple nails were better shaped and were more what I was looking for the second hand the older tiny lady did she was really sweet and the rainbow effect was her idea I like it. Overall depends who u get.

My daughter and I went in to get our nails done, I wanted an overlay (which she didnt understand, and started cutting my nails) and my daughter just wanted gel polish. They killed our cuticles, to the point where the prep got into my finger and it stung for a week. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place, nor ever return.

This place is horrible. I paid $95 for my daughter to get her nails done a certain way and it looks nothing like the picture we provided! I went back to get a refund and the lady was absolutely rude! They said they don’t give refunds and that they can fix them. No one in the establishment is capable of making them look like the picture. Completely rude staff! If I could give less than a 1 star review I would!!!

The salon doesn’t seem to sanitize their tools. The nail tech pulled the items out of drawers and they were not in a sanitation packs. My other issue is that they filed off the gel polish on my toes. This is damaging to the nail. I originally went because of the other reviews and wanted to do a mani and pedi. Unfortunately, the lack of sanitation was overwhelming and I left after the pedi.

Very dirty salon. No one used disenfected tools. Had made appointment for mani and pedi, but left after pedi. New to Elizabethtown and very disappointed.

They were busy and rushed me and my daughter through 5 minute manicures and the shellac was messy and on some nails. I had to refile some that werent straight when I got home.

My experience was great, at first. The lady was nice, and at first I thought I liked my nails. Until I got home and looked. I saw a lot of crookedness, my nails are pointed upwards, and a couple nails it looks like I need a fill already! Overall Im really disappointed.

I paid $65 for a pedicure and manicure, keep in mind I received regular polish, not gel! & no polish at all on my hands. The pregnant lady that did my toes told me white polish was extra, no matter gel or regular polish. The color white is extra. At first she said $5 but when I went to the register she charged me $10 extra dollars. She rushed through my pedi and mani and was not friendly at all. The quality of work was not bad but it’s not worth $65 with an extra $10 for regular white polish. I think if the customer service was better and she didn’t rush through my services so fast it would be okay. To each it’s own, but this was my experience.

I went there an got my nails done a week ago I been out of work so I don’t know how 4 of my nails have already came off I paid 80$ for my nails yes they were beautiful but I went there 2 days later got them cut down an the guy who did them I guess because there were more customers cut my nails down didn’t even check if they where even which they were not like I been up an down nails shops in radcliff an etown an this is the last time because ain’t no way my nails have already came off do better an do your job right because it doesn’t matter if I payed 8$ for a cut down should made sure they was even because 2 days before that I payed 80$ so I was still a customer An my nails have never came off this easy I been getting my nails done for years MY FIRST TIME THERE DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK

Love their flexibility (walk-in any time!), hospitality and professional service! Jolie is one of the smartest lady I ever met and provides the whole service perfectly. Im having calloused treatment regularly and already huge improvement after a couple of weeks! Also, foot massage part of deluxe pedicure is terrific! And all that, with a reasonable price!

I have been coming to this place for a while now and it has taken me a few visits before I found someone who did a job particularly to my liking and I finally did!I kept coming here because the customer service was great, theyre always busy but someone always managed to get me in as soon as they can.I always do the dip nail and they never disappoint!I always come out here feeling beautiful I recommend Nick or Jolie if you like your type to be really thin and natural looking. Im a medical professional and I wash my hands at least 15-20 times a day so my nails rarely last over two weeks but when Jolie did them the last time they lasted 3 weeks!I would def keep coming back especially now that I found my go to techniciansI recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

This place definitely deserves a 5/5. I went . The everything so easy as you can choose the you want and see, and work things out with your own schedule. it was quite small but very clean and cute on the inside. was so informative as this was my first time sugaring, and she was very gentle and tried to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Granddaughter was taken there by her mother to get acrilic nails for her birthday. They looked terrible. My granddaughter cried because they did such a horrible job.

Totally pleased with the service, Sunday I called 20 minutes before they opened and I was told to come over right away. About 10 minutes later I was picking out polish, next I was seated in a pedicure chair. It was one of the nicest pedicures I have ever had.The staff was friendly, the shop could use some updating, but it was clean and the prices were about what I expected.Many thanks to Jolly for a great experience.

I love this place.I called to make an appointment with Jolie for a design on my nails for thanksgiving. I like to keep my nails very festive for all holidays. She did an amazing job. The design wasnt too intricate but it was something that not anybody can do. Im definitely glad i went there and will be making that my nail spot as long as Im living in Elizabethtown.Everyone was friendly from the moment I called to make the appointment to sitting and chatting while I got my nails done etc.

I love to come to this nails salon. They are really nice and do good job on my nails and pedicure. They can do a lot of different design. You can show picture also. I always come here for long time without any problem.

I payed 60$ for “color powder” I’m not even sure what it was. And that’s without a manicure. The color is pretty but the shape isn’t great and kind of sloppy. Definitely won’t be back.

Still very happy with my service but when it comes to acrylic or gel nails I would go to Jolie, she takes her time and is very meticulous but you have beautiful amazing nails that not only look great but last atleast three weeks or more if you need to stretch it. She is phenomenal. I receive nothing but compliments when she does my nails, she is the best in my opinion in town.

This place is real great. I like it a lot. Plenty of people there available to work on you. When I came a few minutes after opening without an appointment they got me in really soon. First time getting sns dip powder and Im not ever going to do a different manicure. I was getting my nails and toes done at the same time. Very efficient!!

I just started coming to within the past few months. I have biweekly appointments, who is the absolute BEST! She is thorough, clean and a perfectionist. I have tried several salons, but with my nails last for weeks! I definitely recommend, owner is also very warm and welcoming.💅💅💅💅💅

Yay! Thank you Professionail! Called in the morning and got in for a full acrylic set that same afternoon. Its also nice they have late hours, so you can come after work. The salon has a lot of selections in regular and gel polish. I was seen by Nick and he is the coolest! My appointment flew by because we were talking stories. I felt super welcome and comfortable. Next time I am doing a fill and pedi for sure.

Worst nail salon ever. The guy with glasses rushed through my set. Was forcing me to get powder instead of gel and was forcing me to get square shaped nails when I asked for something else. My sister nail tech was on the phone the whole time and didn’t acknowledge her or what she asked for either. They treated us very poorly and I DID NOT SEE THEM SANITIZING THEIR EQUIPMENT OR THE STATIONS BETWEEN CUSTOMERS

Went today to try out this new nail salon. This place is gorgeous and doesnt smell like a nail salon! I tried dipped nails for the first time. She assured me her would make them look natural as I was worried they would come out thick. She did a wonderful job and ended with a great neck massage. They even gave me at 10 day warranty on my dippedCant wait to go back!

I go to one specific person when I go and I think they are great some of the others are mediocre and need to work on the craft more. They could make a lot more money here.

I LOVE DO MY NAILS HERE. I always come to this nail salon. I like all nail tech in this salon. They can do a lot of designs, chrome, and ombre. They treat you like family. You can give them a chance or couple times before giving up. You can experience yourself at least once or twice to see if this place is for you.

Absolutely do not go here. Sat here for over 2 hours waiting to get my nails filled only for the boy to get mad because I didnt like the shape he was changing my nails to. After 2 hours I can tell you they arent professional at all. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. (It sucks to have to leave a star, truly a zero star salon.)

They try to push gel nails on you.If you don’t want to ruin your nails, don’t get gel.They don’t carry many regular nail polishes so bring your own.

@Such a wonderful experience!! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and wanted to book a nail appointment for myself, the bride, and another bridesmaid the Thursday before the wedding date. Not only was booking through super easy, the owner was ready and waiting for us and so incredibly kind and helpful! She had us all set up with the bride in the middle and myself and the other bridesmaid flanking her so we could chat. As for the services themselves (a no-chip mani and a regular pedi) the nail artists did an IMPECCABLE job. I dont think Ive ever had a better pedicure in my life. She was so attentive and really made sure to clean up my truly heinous cuticles. We never felt rushed or unwelcome, everyone was kind and excellent at what they do. Ive definitely found my new go-to salon.@

My sister and I searched for good deals for shellac manicures in Elizabethtown and found Professionail. We decided to give it a try and it was amazing. My manicure was perfect - absolutely perfect. From the nail shaping to the polish job, she really couldnt have done a better job. Ive had one other shellac manicure and the polish went up on my cuticles so it peeled very easily but here it was done absolutely perfectly. They were so friendly and sweet. We came back again with our whole family several weeks lady and again we had a great experience.This is our new go-to nail place in Elizabethtown!

Hahahaha this place is a JOKE. Me and my friend sat and waited for 30+ minutes with 2 babies under 1 to be told their pedicures are just them painting your toes. No scrub or anything. So to have THE NORMAL SERVICES EVERY OTHER NAIL SHOP DOES you have to pay $10 extra. When we questioned this the woman was rude. So I wanted to leave, they hadn’t even started my feet, they just soaked in water. I OFFERED to pay for the time I just sat there & the woman said $10 so I give her my debit card and she has the audacity to complain about me not having cash. Like I paid for you to waste my time. Why would I pay $10 extra for a service I get at my usual salon for the same price as just getting polish here. So I paid the $10 to this company and am going to go pay for my pedicure for vacation done somewhere else. So for the price I paid between two businesses I could’ve stayed and had what I wanted done here but I refuse to pay a business that operates like that. Oh and the sign doesn’t advertise this BS.

Had my nails done on a walk in appt! Cant remember the gals name but she did a great job repairing a couple of acrylics. I will be back for sure.The salon is huge and has many seats for nails and pedicures

The lady placed an electronic filer that you use on artificial nails on my REAL nails!!! OUCH!!!!! My left pinky nail and my left ring finger nail surface was completely filed off. I thought the nail bed under the nails were damaged. Fortunately, the surface is growing back. There’s an indentation in those nails. Do not go here. They do not know what they are doing.

Made an apt at their request, walked in and staff was very surprised and asked if my appointment was yesterday. Equipment seemed clean however, the towels used on my pedi were not . Requested the deluxe pedi, lady next to me who got a regular one and sat down same time had more time spent on hers than mine. Not very professional and felt unwelcome. Won’t be back.

Finally found my go to favorite nail tech. Jolie thanks for an amazing pedi & waxing my brows look forward to having you do my ombre brows when my microblading fades. Jolie really took time and talked story with me and made me feel comfortable not like other salons they speak in different languages to each other and make like you dont even exist Jolie is sweet and does quality work. Plus the place is clean and the tools they used came straight out of a sealed package. She is now my go to person when I go here. Im pretty sure all the nail techs there are also good thank you Professionail for such great customer service!

I read several great reviews on here and decided to give this place a try - and I am so glad I did! I didnt have an appointment but the owner was able to squeeze me in for a pedi/gel mani. Technician did a great job and kept asking if I was comfortable or needed anything. She was also very friendly. Great customer service here! Pricing is fair and my gel nails didnt chip for almost 3 weeks. I will definitely be coming back!

I took the leap and tried a new nail salon. I really do love going to but it is pricey and I have a hard time getting in to see my favorite nail tech. I read about PROFESSION NAILS and I decided to give it a try. I am VERY happy that I did.The salon is clean and very tastefully decorated. I could see the staff sanitizing the equipment, which of course is a good thing. I was very happy with the man who did my pedi and mani I was thankful that she did not talk my ear off when I was trying to relax. She did a very neat job and it didnt take forever. I will definitely be going back for my OPI gel manicures and pedicures.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Fiance told them specifically $25 acrylic full set.( I literally stood next to her as she told them) then after said it was $55... Then tried to explain to me what they did. did their own thing so same thing as u get for $25 is $55???? Okay! basically... So now theyre ripping people off just so now you know. Never will I go there again nor advise anyone else to go there as well.

Just took my 13 year old daughter and two friends here to get pedicures. From start to finish was about 15-20 minutes. Their toe nails were cut down to the quick- we will not return.

Came in pretty late and they got to work. Up charged me 15$ for my “shape and length” and made my coffin nails crooked. I had to ask the lady to flatten them because she was making them bulk out and made them super thick. So $40 for crooked nails that already look grown out. I was glad it didn’t smell bad like acetone but it was just a waste of time.

I got someone who kept texting while doing my mani and then there is still leftover polish on my fingers. The pedicure was ok but I have had way better. Felt rushed and the person seemed to be having a bad day with whatever was going on with the phone.

I wish I could give no stars! To start, the lady spent about ten minutes on my feet, and there’s still polish around my toes. She didn’t clean the tools going between me and my friend, and who knows when they were cleaned before then!Let’s move on to my nails. I won’t lie, I do like them. They look nice. However, I probably could have gotten my 12 year old sister to do them and they would look just as okay. The design is wonky. Now, I did get gel polish and a design on four fingers, BUT THESE PEOPLE CHARGED ME $100!!!!! I will never come back here! If they were going to charge me that much, they should have said something. Not to mention they kept hurting me with the drill on my fingers and my feet, and didn’t offer any apology when I flinched. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Certain ones do an amazing job on my nails. Then there is one or two that truly mess it up. Besides that I love getting my nails done there.

Please don’t spend your money here. They are rushed and don’t pay attention to your nails at all. Your nails will be crooked and bulky. The polish is uneven and they were filed badly. the prices aren’t worth the service and don’t go there. Have a good day and I recommend Glamours nails

It was basically just a Luke warm soak, and a bad paint job. Dirty, used the same nail clippers, files, other tools without sanitizing. They don’t use liners in the bowls. Did a very rushed pedicure. Didn’t massage or use a pumice stone. Nail Tech was very polite.

I come here all the time. My nails are always done beautifully by Nick but I’ve gotten my eyebrows done 2x and both times they have done a horrible chopped up job. Never again!

Dont like this place for a few reasons:1. They burned my lower eyelid while waxing my eyebrows. (Wax dripped when she was moving the wax stick)2. Paid for 2 pedis (I had my daughter with me), they were done in less 20 minutes and didnt do much more than soak my feet, remove polish, add new polish, and throw on a hot towel at the end.3. Gift certificates are only good for 3 months, show up a week after that and they wont honor them. (Wasted $80).Will not be returning. Poor customer service, poor nail treatment quality, and not the best environment for what is supposed to be a relaxing experience.

This place was awful. Me and my friend were at the mall and decided to get are nails done. Usually when you get your nails done you get a manicure with the polish included but just to have polish put on your nails is a separate part. I got gel nails and when he was filing them he was filing my skin. Then he changed one of my nail colors. I thought he was getting one with more in it, but it was a separate color. The UV light they used burned my skin so bad. He also got a hair in the gel and now there is a hair in my nail. And too top it all off the coats are not even and bumpy. There is dark spots in my nail from it not being even. I am so frustrated. They told my friend that it cost eight for hers then changed it to 10. The lady doing her nails was playing online poker WHILE doing her nails and they are all smudged.

I asked for a deluxe pedi and my daughter got the standard, $10 dollar difference. I laughed because the deluxe was no different then the standard pedi. It was quick and basic, worse than a standard. I’ll never go there again! Don’t waste your money!

I only had my nails on for a week and they literally popped off like press ons, Not only that when I called to explain to them the lady hung up on me I would NOT go to them to get your nails done. Then also waited about an hour to even get them done and theyre were only like 3 people in there.
