My daughter came here after a bad experience at another salon. This place exceeded expectations! Lady was very nice and gentle. Will be coming back highly recommend. Amazing staff!While we enjoy coming here, this is absolutely unprofessional how they knicked my fingers, causing them to look horrific!! VERY painful.. not sure I will go back!!! My service went okay for the most part. I normally don’t do bad reviews but it’s really irritating how show the lady cut my big toe nail. As you can see the grooves where the nail was, she really cut it short and I’m so irritated behind that. Don’t understand why she did that when the nail was so long I just said cut it down some, not all the way down. And my finger nails were short, I told her I wanted them all same size so she cut them all down and cut one too short, it bled and I screamed soon as she cut the skin under my nail. Overall she knows how to do a pedicure but she need to learn how to use the clippers properly.

I was greater in a friendly manner. The tech was very polite and handled my hand with care. I will return

I had my nails done here last Saturday I’ve always done the dip nails and they usually last 3 weeks. I’ve never had one break. 2 nails broke within 3 days. 1 week later I have 4 broken. I expect a lot better quality when it cost 45$ to get your nails done. It’s rare for me to leave a bad review but I don’t want anyone else to throw their money away!

I did dip add tips. They put on a thin layer. And it was smudged. Nails broke 6 days later. Any other nail place I’ve been they put on at least 4 layers. This place only did 2. I have never had my nails break after 6 days. Usually takes at least 2 weeks to break one. I will never go back here. I’ll stick with driving to Louisville to get my nails done correctly and worth my time and money.

We will not be back. Friendly staff but no clue how to do a proper mani or pedi. $172 for 2 people and neither or happy with the results.

First time here.1. I sat in the chair for 15 min with no water in the basin.2. She was So Rough.. OMG...3. She just sprayed the clippers and such and now my big toe is infected..4. She barely worked on my heels. They look like I never even had a pedicureNever Again

I got the dipped set and it looks great! My nail tech was super sweet and friendly. Plan on going back next week for a pedicure! 10/10

The pedicures are very thorough. They spend a lot of time trimming cuticles and buffing the calluses. I prefer that over having someone spend the whole time massaging.

The matte legit peeled of .. it started doing it by its self after 2 days of having them done the designs they do are awesome they did amazing on that.

Had never been here before. Per the reviews decided to try it out. OMG ABSOLUTELY loved my nails!!!! Have never worked with Tom but will be coming back to him!!! I showed him a picture of the shape and color and he NAILED it! Highly recommend this place!

Ive had my nails dipped and acrylic here and loved my experience both times. Great service and very friendly.

Both times I went here I was extremely disappointed. The first time I came here the polish used on my nails was old- it was clumpy and separated. When it finally dried it remained lumpy until I filed it off. Unfortunately, I decided to give this place a second chance and get a full set without polish. I made sure that the price was $30 twice before I got my nails done but after finishing I was charged an additional five dollars for the length even though I got no polish and was not informed of this. They refused to remove this charge even though the quality of these nails is worth about $15. I will try to attach pictures to show you what I walked out of there with. I will not be back!Ps. Both nail techs were rough with cuticles

Nails clipped to short, nothing to be done but let them grow out. I have been there before and loved them. Guess it was an off day.

I had an excellent experience getting a full set of acrylics. Both techs who worked on my nails were fast, friendly, and professional. They did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and looking at the picture I supplied to be sure it was right. Its a super clean space, and they have excellent ventilation, so none of the awful chemical smell while you are getting your nails done! I will definitely visit again.

Im disappointed i was told it 30 plain pedicure never been there before some how it went from 30 to 45 when I did not ask for extras. Plus my heels are steel rough!!! 45 joke could went to a fancier spa for that. Stop ripping people off,inform before you assume. Sorry be negative!!!

Ive only been once. I got a pedicure. I am satisfied with it. Its been 2 weeks now and my toes still look good. I will go back. I didnt give them a 5 because youve got to do or be over and above satisfactory for a 5. Well see how future visits go.

This place did a horrible job. I felt like the guy rushed on my nails and I was the only one in there. I got a diped manure. And he drilled the dip all the way off and then soaked the little that was left. And I had to ask him to do that. He made my nail very weak. Two broke it two days. I hate moving to New places.

Open on Sunday, takes appointments, trendier nail designs & better selection than my former nail salon. Friendly & attentive too! My new 💅 spot

I cant day enough good they fixed my previous terrible manicure, and provided me with a beautiful full set. I am in love with the cleanliness of their shop. I also opted to get a pedicure as well, which was fantastic, they were not rough or anything on my feet and I am very tender when it comes to my feet. I think I found my new spot.

I can not thank these people enough! I came here after another salon in town completely jacked my nails up. I was in a panic, they immediately sat me down and fixed my nails. Customer service is impeccable and prices are beyond fair. Thank you so much!

The lady that did my nails nearly cut me on almost every finger & she rushed the entire time she did them .. nails aren’t too bad but just a very irritating experience .

I scheduled an appointment for 2 and when I got there they said they didnt have me on the schedule. I asked if they could fit me in at some point today as I am leaving to go out of town in the morning. They said no. Very unprofessional.

They advertise closing at 7pm. I went before 6 and as I got out of my car they ran and flipped the sign to closed.

Tried to visit this salon for a pedicure with my niece, but it was closed several hours before the listed close time with no posted explanation.

Worst experience ever---gel manicure and lights were way too hot-kept saying they were too hot and she kept saying put hands under them-one nail polish has peeled off after 2 days-not clean and had to wait dont go not worth $35 for a gel manicure and horrible experience
