Me and my friends were just trying to get a price for a taxi or 3 and 4 and he said “I don’t know” and I hung up and said thanks for nothing and he calls back knowing we’re minors and this man is trying to argue with minors

I called for a taxi ahead of time to pick me up at the train station and she’s gonna tell me don’t do that and to wait til I get there and hung up the phone. I called for a precaution because it’s 12 at night and at night time there are rarely taxis so what do I look like, a 20 year old woman, at night waiting for a taxi that may or may not be there.

Bad for business. Ignores calls. Cab never shows up

Booked a ride then when he arrives he proceeds to ask me for the payment before we leave. I tell him my friend has the cash and we will pay when I arrive. I even said I would stay in the car until he comes out with the cash. He then tells me to give him my phone to hold onto. It’s a pandemic out here and I would need my phone to let the person know when I arrive. Very unprofessional.

Called told 45 to an hour its now an hour and a half and apparently im not on the board and then I call to see where the driver is they said apparently he called me twice and then she proceeds to hang up on me. Great way to run a business into the ground. Wont be calling this company again.

The person answering the phone is mad rude. Always has an attitude. Always gives the wrong estimate time of arrival. I wish I could smack him thru the phone. Very unprofessional.

Call them, and was told cab will be there 15 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes later and now I missed my train and late to work. I never rate anything, but this was the worst experience in any service I had, dont waste your money

The worst taxi company ever, I was stuck at the park, it was raining like crazy, I asked them if they could send me a taxi fast because we where getting soaked in a flash thunderstorm and the woman on the phone told me i dont care, its gonna be one hour, no exceptions . The drivers arent very friendly, and treat you like they are taking you for free, and they are always late. Im glad uber is taking over so these crappy taxi companies (many not just this one) are going out of business.

This place either needs to be shut down or change the staff and employees. I called this morning and it took forever for someone to pick up the phone. When they did it sounded like laughter in the background. After I gave here my address and destination she told me the taxi will be here in 15-20min. They never even showed. Im just waiting outside in the cold and they made me late for work. How are yall a transportation company if your not picking anyone up?

Bad service....my daughter asked a taxi to go work with 1 hour in advance. Dispatcher lied us telling us she will send out a taxi in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes no taxi...We called them again almost 3 times and the Dispatcher told us the same message. Taxi will be there in 10 minutes. Finally, Taxi never appeared. After 1 hour waiting for taxi, we called them again and the Dispatcher told us the there was no taxi available.......awful service.

Rude attitude when asking simple questions like the wait time. Had to walk all the way at the end of the of my block because the taxi wasnt at the right address and they want to charge me an extra fee for wait time when I had to walk to the taxi driver. Overall poor customer service. Would give negative stars if possible.

Phone receptionist, was rude i called for a cab which is something I haven’t done in a while, he doesn’t even greet customers and hangs up before you can even ask how long the cab will be, so guess who had to call back. 🙋🏽‍♀️ I asked him how long he’s like just stand outside 😠 NEVER again . It’s too early for attitudes

If I could give this place no star I would. Both male and female dispatchers are super rude when you ask how long they give attitude the male says just wait outside the female says 10 minutes with attitude. I wish I knew another cab number but I will be sure to use a lyft from now on

Garbage Taxi Company

Terrible service i really recommend using any taxi but this one I Called them for a taxi at 9:22 said 15 min it was 9:45 so i called telling them that the taxi hadnt arrived yet and they tell me he was outside but you never came out mind you they didnt text me or call saying they were outside so they send me another taxi and its 10:03 and it still hasnt come! If you are in a hurry dont use them use uber or lyft instead

Where to start... Dispatch are the rudest, unprofessional, disgusting people I have ever dealt with. You call them and they act like your bothering them. Second the wait time is ridiculou, I called at 1:37pm still waiting its 2:10pm. Thank God for uber this compamy is the most terrible anyone coming to orfrom elizabeth and familiar with cab company definetly bypass this disaster.....

If it was up to me I’d spit in all of their faces . They’re disgusting . Especially the woman . She’ll cancel your cab and you’ll hear her laughing in the background like a slob .
