I was in Elizabeth, New Jersey and booked a cab with them to JFK Airport 2 and a half hours before my pick up time, because I knew it was far and needed to.leave early or get caught up in traffic.The company called me 10mins before pick up to tell me they couldnt get a car.I ended up late to the airport, paid 60 dollars extra to another cab company, had to upgrade my minor daughter and myself to higher travel class because we didnt get a seat together.Not happy with the company at all

The dispatch was courteous, professional and had a clear telephone speaking voice (if that makes sense) **Ya know how some dispatchers sound like they got the PHONE IN their mouth?**Well the dispatch was very clear and courteous and the driver arrived very quickly and got me to my destination safely and in a timely manner(I had time to spare before heading into work) I will be using their services regularly now that I am aware of their business.

Car was in horrible condition and driver was having a conversion on his cell phone over the speaker phone. Interrupting the current phone call I had.

Its wonderful if you want to ride 3 blocks and return for 22$ RIP OFF. This is why GOD gave us UBER!

LITERALLY CAME IN A VTECH HONDA CIVIC WITH 2 MEN IN THE CAR SCREAMING FOR ME TO COME ON WITH NO SIGN OF TAXI ON CAR. I THEN CALLED COMPANY AND HIS PHONE RANG AND HE ANSWERED SAYING TO ME IN PERSON IM THE CAB, COME ON! I was NOT GETTING IN THAT CAR.@miraqueliinda

They said 10-15 but take way longer then that better off not calling them I waited a hour for a driver

The drivers is the worst drivers in Elizabeth also in Elizabeth train station is a issue to get taxi on sat july 27 the drivers was fighting each other toke about 20 minutes to witch driver will take me to my destination also the fare i paid is rip off from elizabeth to union i will never take Elizabeth taxi again they inresponsible

Horrible service. I wasnt able to call an uber because my money wasnt on my card.This is why uber is excelling way more. Gave me one price over the phone and then once in car tried to charge me way more. When the Uber ride was wayyy cheaper.

First time called in rush hour, came on time deserve 5 stars.

Cabbie claimed he was there and a female security officer told him to leave. No female security here, he went to wrong hotel?! Unreliable. Guy on phone is a foriegner with a gravelly voice, couldnt understand him at all. NO SHOW. fly by nighters.

Im about to get to the airportI asked them for a bam to carry 5 suitcases and 4 people, he says 10 minutes, he made us go out raining to wait for him outside and also he left me an extra 5 minutes outside raining to prepare the front seat to sit down, after this he makes a click in my face with your fingers to point to my belt, when I understand English perfectly.Total lack of respect I will not ask for one again.
