Big line keep right before you enter. Crazy busy company. If you have a delivery window 4 if you have a pick up window 5.You won’t get empty or pick up fast. They will take they sweet time, cause they are getting paid by hour. They don’t give a damn about your delivery or pick up.

Home of nightmares. Attendant keeps threatening you that if you dont send emails within five minutes you will have to comeback next day.

Do not take any loads from this place it took them 14 hours to load me. Once I came to delivery the load was rejected for poor loading.

Been there 3x at different times, like few months apart and every time driver gets struck 6+ hrs to either load or unload. So definitely the management is not managing this warehouse good. How long until someone up is gonna make a change there? Not sending my trucks there ever again. They should be ashamed holding drivers there for live loads that long.

Hello - I am the Terminal Manager here at ICT Elizabeth.I see many comments about long hours to be loaded. Would like to again state that we are a 1st come /1st serve facility. We open at 6am and normally running smooth until approx.: 11am with a fast turn time.yet, many people show up at Crunch TimeWith unprecedented volumes in the port of NY / NJ - everyone from truckers to warehouses are feeling the effects. The explosion of Import cargo has put us all in a bind and like you, we are fighting through as well.I would like to point out that we are a paperless facility since Covid-19 hit so all documentation needs to be sent prior to a truckers arrival. ...Most times truckers come in, not knowing what they are picking up, and blame us for not releasing cargo. But how can we if the broker / customer/or dispatch doesnt send us the paperwork?You poor over the road drivers sent in here from 3rd party logistics companies suffer he most. it amazes me how many drivers I interact with on a daily basis that tells me I was sent here to pick up a load but broker hasnt given them 1 shred of pick up cargo information. Again, if your not told what you are picking up, how are we to know.? ....This causes some major delays....Finally, for repeat truckers, I am here 7am to 6 pm daily. Should anyone have any questions, or want to speak with me, I am always accessible and willing to speak with you.

It is a terrible place to load, the shipper staff treat you badly, I have been waiting for more than 5 hours and I am still here, first and last time I come again

If you are going to pick up at this place make sure you tell you dispatch or broker to send them the paperwork because the won’t accept the one you have, it’s a very busy place

People working here are either nuts or playing games . Driver was there for 2 days waiting to get loaded, paperwork and everything was sent to them .. On the phone they are saying all good we will load him, after he is checking in there is always something missing .. Also it takes forever to check in and you have to wait back in the line .. Lady in the shipping department, i hope there is a new ring in hell for you ..

My driver got there at 5 pm and was loaded at 1 am the next day. Avoid if you can. Oh, and you should see they way they loaded him, i have never seen anything like that. This company is a complete mess. Never again!

Our driver was turned away 4 times, they need to give a checklist of what is required prior to arriving to ensure drivers have everything, they are so rude and very hard to deal with, never tell you everything required, each time something else! Great way to get more storage charges!!!!

One of the women at the front window needs to be replaced immediately. Maybe the time she spends giving attitude to drivers is the time she should spend at the gym....madam you are a terrible and horrid woman, you bring shame to this company.

If you are coming to this facility chances are youre driving a truck. Youre going to want to take your paperwork up to the guard shack at the gate who will ask you a few questions and then proceed to assign you a dock number. When you place your truck at the dock you will proceed inside. The paperwork will tell you which window to proceed to to be processed. You are requested to stay behind the yellow line until such time that they call upon you. Once you get up to the window have your drivers license ready along with the paperwork and the employees will process you as quick as possible. You will then proceed inside the building to where your truck is docked and Ive been unloaded fairly quickly, Ive also had times where Ive only had one item along with my own pallet jack I was able to offload and their employees quickly signed off and sent me on my way. Overall this is an extremely well run facility with friendly employees who strive to make a complicated process go as smoothly as possible. Enjoy!

I was lined up at the window to check in. The lady/guy at the window kept calling his/her buddies from the line who were behind me. I think if you are new here you get last priority.

If you want to hit yours and others trucks thats perfect area to back up to dock, Extremely thight. If you want to waiting to check in 2 hours thats place for you. If you want to spend here half day thats also good place for you. Welcome in nj.

Second time here first time was waiting 6 hours to get loaded :( last time was better 2 hours! So be ready spend some time here!

Ive been driver for many years, Ive been going to ICT since they have opened in Elizabeth NJ. I was always raised to give respect, and everyone there has given me respect and more from the shipping department to the receiving department. I was even there during their 15 year anniversary, and they actually allowed me to have a few hot dogs, and it is always a please going there.

Awful and very unfriendly place. There are 10 employees in the office and the paperwork takes forever to be completed so they can start loading. After I turned over my paperwork from the office to the employees that work on the docks it took forever for them to start loading and they are very rude. They have 10 employees with forklifts here but all of them are super slow I feel like Im watching everything in slow motion. Total loading time 7 hours. Just avoid if you can unless you like wasting your time.

As a representative of International Cargo Terminal, this is not a review, but I would like to respond the the negative comment posted by Mr. Ian OBrien. Mr. OBrien complained also through the Bureau for Better Business, which International Cargo Terminals responded to. Mr. OBrien was trying to get cargo delivered without having the correct paperwork ready. This fact was corroborated by Mr. OBriens freight forwarder UPS. Instead of getting the paperwork corrected to ensure safe and correct delivery and to avoid storage charges of Mr. OBriens freight, he refused to understand the issue and was extremely rude towards one of our associates. Mr. OBrien was charged our standard fee for storage, which he then proceeded to complain about through the BBB as well as posting his negativity here on Google Map. We do not think this is right, but this is the world we live in.We have not been able to identify the other reviews, and why they were not satisfied.SincerelyThorkild Hove

First time here as a OTR driver.Thought Id comment as Ive never seen anything like this.If your not familiar be sure NOT to follow your truck gps. (directions would have landed us on the bridge overhead) Once here, guard directed us to dock between certain docks, only to walk inside and stand behind a line until one of the women call you up.Heres my disbelief, while there were quite a few walk up windows, all of them had their windows closed! One young girl motioned to me to wait a sec but I stood there for at least 15 min!Ive only been doing this for 6 years but have seen my share of shipping/receiving departments. This isnt right. Either their drowning in processing the orders or their juggling other responsibilities.Very inefficient when dealing with drivers that arent paid by the hour.In my case, I ended up needing to see someone in the Export department so it didnt drag on to long. (I didnt realize that until 15 min after the original wait)My second problem was needing to re-dock further down the line, which meant I needed to back up through a madhouse.When checking in bring your DL, the gate pass and your registration card. Good luck!

I am very unsatisfied with the service.I tried to call and leave a message but the voice message is full.The reason is I am writing,my driver got loaded from this place and the shipper did not properly load my drivers trailer and after driving couple hours luckily he was not killed or injured,but his trailer got damaged because the shipper improperly loaded his trailer so the coal prism got moved which had tires so he stopped his truck on time otherwise either my driver or someone on the road would have been killed....Screw this company....I would be very glad if I could talk with their manager.
