Their service is awfully bad! I talked to an agent name Dan Hansen that didnt want to deal with my case just because of my accent. He sent another agent that speaks Spanish without asking me if I was right with it, he just assumed that that was right or maybe my opinion is not that important to him or for the company, anyway. English its not my first language but I studied enough so people can understand me and I can understand them well. Anyways, the guy didnt know where to find my merchandise or what I was importing at the time. I was asking him valid questions also through Emails but his answer where always vague and didnt make sense, like he didnt want to deal with me, then I talked to another person in English that took the time to understand my situation and finally I ended up talking to someone in Spanish. The bottom line is this, I paid a bunch of money in extra fees on the cargo area just because this idiot didnt know how to do his job. My merchandise spent more than a week under very low temperatures in an storage that is not well equipped for managing fragile importations.Then guess what happened? My investment got ruined.!!!! Yes, all that money that I paid to this company to do their job in taking care of my interests for nothing! and now I have to deal with insurance company so they can pay me back. All of this just because a prejudice person that didnt know how to do his job correctly. To all my colleagues that import merchandise you guys are now out of the list for good. Me, Im not going never again to deal with this people, or the company. Never!
