Its a nice place and people are friendly, they do deserve 5 stars.However, if you are delivering a full trailer make sure that your dispatcher and the broker call up ahead and schedule the delivery time. I was told by my dispatcher & broker that I could come between 8:30am and 3:00pm but once I got here, 8:45am, I was told that an appointment has to be made since it was 27 skids and they didnt have any room for them. So they told me that they couldnt take the load today and I ended up having to go to another site which in turn made me late for the next load.Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I may end up without a load until Friday, so do yourself a favor and set up an appointment as soon as possible.
