The one woman there was very rude to me. Put words in my mouth that i said i was gonna start a job when i never said that i said i i w gonna come in for the information because they refused to give me the information over the phone. And stated that because i need Fridays off for weekly appointments for my mental health that I dont want to work and these companies are very serious yet when Ive worked anywhere else they were more understanding about my situation. And not only that, the woman was just rude overall and she always is to me. I believe her name starts with a J.

Ive been to a couple of Sure Staffs facilities and Ive gotta say the customer service of this one definately deserved my rating. Way to go SureStaff Elgin!
