Worst place ever ... cut my dash board while installing a tint, denied everything even after showing a purchase order on the new vehicle. BEWARE lawsuit was filed and won the case.

Worst place to get any work done. I wish I too would have looked at the reviews. I purchaced a specific DVD head rest (still to this day have on display) for my vehicle and they installed a different set without my telling me. When I ask why they did it they say they no longer have the DVD set I paid for so they picked what ever they had. I ask for my momey back and they say they have a no return no refund policy. They were very rude would not give me the owners name or phone number. All I had to do is deal with Señor Soto who is the seller and did nothing but argue and say police cant do anything to them because they are protected by their no refund or return policy. They all are crooks and have non certified technitians who do cheap work. Dont waist your time or money coming here you will end up paying more.

Took my Mercedes to get windows tinted. Got the lifetime warranty. Its Its been 1 year 4 months and it clear out..Took it back and was told its not the same owner anymore. Terrible customer service.

Horrible experience with employee Joe. Installed my own Sirius radio and did a horrible job, it kept shutting down. Returned 4 times. Shut down again and took it another place where it was discovered that he broke the power plug and wrapped it around power source. I could have done rigged ghetto installation myself!! unprofessional!

Called in since I needed a job done to my car and was told to go for the service. 30 minutes I get there and I was told that it was to late to service my car. It was 4:30 pm and they close at 6 pm had to go another day in order have service done.

This is the absolute worst place to get any type of work done. I was having an issue with my alarm that they installed two days ago. They said it was the battery without any kind of trouble shooting. They made me wait almost four hours trying to get my battery replaced. Their customer service is a joke and the dumb chubby white haired lady flat out told me they would not refunds money no matter what. After that kind of terrible service and long time waiting I decided the consider my money a loss and go to a reputable adio store. Guys Im warning you they will screw you over and if the owner reads this just know Ive brought four trucks in the past four years and I always buy subs the box an amp with stereo and alarm. You guys just lost a good customer over sheer lazyness if I could give it a negative three stars thats what it would rank.

I got my windows tinted here. Place looks a liitle crappy, but they provide excellent customer service and have warranty on their work.

I went 2 get my tint done there n they did a bad job, so they told me 2 go back @ 8:30 b4 they open n when I did the OWNER got all mad n was arguing with me that they didnt tell me 8:30 n they open @ 9, like duh but y would I B there b4 opening. He was also saying that the tint is going 2 get particles no matter what, n I know thats BULL $H!T. Just dont go hear they r really rude n dont care what u think n they give me the wrong tint the second time also, really tired of these people, just getting my money back. So im not going 2 give them my service ANYMORE!!! Just trying 2 save u the trouble. :) Going back 2 Fox tinting n alarm they did a GREAT job on my radio, :-D

Worst service possible. Plus, the system was installed wrong, burning through the harness and now the entire system doesnt work. Thanks guys.

They cut my weather stripping when I took my brand new car for window tinting and they have women in the back installing the tint who Im sure dont have papers or who arent certified to install. This was by far the worst place and services I have ever received will never go back or recommend anyone unless they want to have their car abused.

Very friendly staff, but the service, AWFUL! I took my car with the virgin glasses and the tinted ones were full of bubbles and grated ... We have to train the staff more so that the installation is impeccable, so they can continue to recommend them ...I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING, SORRY!

Very bad work I took my car to polarize but the work was left with balloons they told me that they would only be removed but a week passed and nothing for that reason I do not recommend them very bad work and I would not like to go around struggling and going around and wasting my time
