I came into this shop just to browse around and compare prices and told the guy behind the counter chuck that here audio express quoted me this price for this and he said that’s to expensive for that price here let me show you what I can give you and hooked me up with 2 12, 6x8 for all my doors and the amp for only a few dollars more than what audio express had quoted me for a single 12 and a amp, once they installed it I loved it and haven’t turned my radio down since, they are very knowledgeable on audio systems oh and they even did some window tinting for me, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants more sound at a good price

They sold me a system 2-12 for only $299 is a crazy deal compared to custom sounds! The system sounds awesome, professional and clean work! Will be back soon to do my window tint

My favorite audio and rim shop in El Paso. Customer service is excellent, very clean store, well kept, neat. Friendly environment! I always come here, it’s been 3 years and they haven’t done me wrong!

Bought a system from them at a good price. Worked really well for 2 weeks and then it gave out. I took it in to them to see what was wrong and they said it would be free to fix... then I get a call and they accuse me of messing with the system which caused the system to fry and a speaker to blow. I told them I didnt touch anything but they said it was my fault so I had to pay for a new speaker. Alright whatever as long as it works. I walk in and get my car back and they said hey we are only going to charge you 20 but make sure you leave us a good review. Well here it is. Thanks for not fixing my system because it still is broke and it still smells like the wires are burning and something is broken. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and whoever needs a recommendation for a place it wont be here!

Went to get my windows tinted around 3 and didnt leave til almost 9 and I noticed that they barely put the tint on like they rushed thru it and even after waiting 4 days to use my windows as soon as I did the tint started to come off

Horrible job, causing more damage to my car than help. remote start not starting, and running my battery down, took it back to have it removed, and owner kicked me out when i was getting upset about him refusing to remove it.

Ask questions before you install, i left without some working speakers, he did not let me know some werent ganna work after the installation.

Worst customer service all they want is to take your money bought a radio took it three times back already cant fix it we I bought there if I could I would give this no stars also my subwoofers that I bought blow out in less than an hr
