We waited an hour for the guy to show up to do the tint, he told us at 9, by 10 he still wasnt there, very unprofessional! We went to Fox Tinting instead. Better customer service and price anyway.

He does a great job! I have been going to him for over 20 years, and his work never disappoints.

They do a very good job. But they took a very long time to tint my windows almost 4 hrs.

I had my alarm installed and experienced some problems with it. The first time it was the range of the remote. I called spoke to Tito the owner and the situation was addressed. With-in a few days the siren on the alarm was very low. I contacted Tito and a new siren was replaced at no additional cost. I appreciated his concern on keeping me as a customer.

The service at this shop is the worst. I had a tinting job done in another car about 18 months ago at this shop, I brought a different car two weeks ago. This time, the workmanship was terrible, he agreed to replace the tinting on three windows. Owner has rescheduled me three times now. I still can not have the tinting replace due to the poor work in installing the tinting paper. Customer service is bad.

First and last time Ill do business at Titos. Prices are inconsistent. I was given a price for the tint. I show up for the work & when its done I got charged more. The job wasnt even done right. When I bring it up to Tito, he got an attitude. Never again. Double check his work before you pay or you will have to make several trips before he fixes his error .

Disappointed. was told to stop by later on in day when not so busy on a Saturday. show back up a few hours before closing time and no one there. had to wait another week to go elsewhere and glad I did.

Waited for about 2 hours and no service. Went to FOX tinting and was served real fast.
