We had my daughters wedding at Tuscany Lucca. We hosted about 230 people. The hall is specious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. The planning process was made very smooth with Monica’s expert assistance. We purchased a package and added on some specifics. We added additional servers and bartenders for quick service and wow, did they deliver! Excellent service with a smile, just wonderful staff. We opted for food stations as opposed to a sit down meal, I highly recommend spending the extra money for a coffee and sweets table, it was beautiful and delicious. This is first wedding cake I actually enjoyed eating, bakery chef is amazing. The sound system is excellent, the DJ did a great job of finding all the requested music my daughter and her husband requested, he and Monica also did a fabulous job keeping the evening on track! Bridal suite can get a little warm with people coming and going so I brought a floor fan, easy fix! I am a perfectionist by nature, I was pleased working with Monica, she paid attention to every detail for me. I hired an outside florist, between her artistry and the cool vibe of the venue, the ambiance was exactly what my daughter and her husband wanted. We did not have any plumbing problems, bathrooms were maintained through out the evening, the servers were attentive, and the wedding was truly magical. Tuscany Lucca was everything I hoped it would be. Thank you for helping my babygirl have the wedding of her dreams.

Tuscany Halls hosted our reception and dance for our wedding this past February. Our previous hall dropped us because of COVID three months before our wedding date. Because of this, we had to begin our search again and, thanks to a Facebook ad, reached out to Tuscany Halls for a quote. From the moment we met Monica, we knew we wanted to work with her. From the moment we stepped into Siena Hall, we knew we were in the perfect place for our Disney wedding. We also loved that it was such a big and airy space and felt more than comfortable inviting around 250 guests (the exact number escapes me at this moment) as COVID was becoming less of a threat around the world. For those three months, we worked hard with Monica and she pulled everything off wonderfully. She was so attentive to us, and made it such a memorable and easy process for us. We even got our cake and photographer/videographer from referrals by Tuscany Halls, and they were so great!! Honestly, we cant say enough great things about Tuscany Halls. Our guests had so many compliments about the place and the food, and the photos show how much fun everyone was having! Monica and her team gave us an experience we never thought we could have in El Paso, on our budget, and despite COVID, they gave us great memories, great stories, and such delicious food!!! We highly recommend Tuscany Halls!

I really love this venue it was bigger and beautiful inside. The wedding I went to here was probably one of my favorites and I would totally want to use this place for a future event or party. The only bad part was the parking on the outside was very limited and kind of hard to get too from the highway.

Not your typical classic venue, and thats what makes it unique and not to mention its gorgeous. Great customer service, and great packages for the price.

Beautiful place! Of course it’s pricey, with hardworking people that craft everything that’s of decoration, prepare the food, drinks, and set up the candy bar? Plus more! Above, all it’s elegant. I honestly do not understand the logic in people who complain about the price.

Oh my God! I dont even have words to explain how amazing our Wedding day was because of the way this hall treated us and everyone that attended the court. Love the food the DJ WAS AWESOME. Speak to Monica she will help with with everything she can. Thank you all for everything God bless 🙏💜

The place is nice but I cannot stay for long in a venue where you are not allowed to flush toilet paper. I would not book a party here just because of this. Otherwise the area was beautiful and staff very freidly.

They did a wonderful job with with my daughters party! They need a better DJ which is why they are not 5 stars. Food was great, service was good, cake was good, music, not so much. He messed up entrance and I didnt get to watch my daughters dance the father daughter dance because I had to be up with the DJ telling him everything I wrote down in a detailed list for him. He also asked us what kind of music to play, yet didnt listen and played whatever he wanted. My daughters and family did have a wonderful time overall, but are still teasing me about music.

Very nice place. Military event was extraordinary. Good coordination. The valet parking services was awesome, they took gopd care about all ours cars. Very professional and able to allow us take forgotten things from ours cars. I loved it.

They hosted our military ball. They used a valet system that had cars backed up to the freeway.They intentionally sold only bottled beer (its more expensive) until only tap was left. They willfully omitted that there was a keg. The keg was very warm.The Sound system they used was kept turning on and off in the middle of speeches. When it was on, it was so loud it left a ringing in my ears.The food was very good.The place looked nice.For the prices we paid compared to the service provided, I would never recommend anyone go there.

This place is wonderful, the last military event was great. I love this place has valet parking service, that very convenience. The valet parking company is very responsible and professional. Tuscany ballroom has everything you need to have a unforgettable special event.Thank you, I love it...

It’s too expensive and the furniture is gross !! The carpet in the vip room is really bad. The entrance furniture also doesn’t match other pieces... it’s almost there if you’re wanting to charge 15k fix those things !!! And change the curtains too !! 👏🏼I was also blocked from Instagram just for sharing my opinionAlso there’s no parking !! It’s a shopping center sooo...

Good lord anyone who says the food was good has never tasted good food. Not to mention cold, rolls were so hard they were inedible. We didnt have any water at the table. No butter. No salt and pepper. Food wasnt even underseasoned. It wasnt seasoned period. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was at the military ball with Scott Kovanda the valets lost my keys then tried to blame it on me in the three weeks since I have reached out to the owner Eva multiple times and have not gotten a response. I had to pay over 600 dollars to get my house and car re-keyed. The owner was contacted and forwarded my information by the police the night my keys were lost and is actively ducking me. Bad business and that’s not to mention the horrible sound system and unprepared bar. I will be suing as that seems to be the only way to contact the owner. Please save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere

I had the best time with my close friends that are family but not only with but with the most beautiful female I can ever have lanee😘.

Went for a military ball, nice setup, friendly staff and excellent areas for photos on their staircases. The food was very tasty as well, we enjoyed a BBQ plate with 3 meats, potato salad and coleslaw.

A dream come true. This is a great place to have a party. So so fancy.

Servers are rude. And the food that they serve sucks. There is also not a lot of parking. The only plus is that it is nice looking inside.

Clean beautiful spotless..But they sold the beer too expensive and the bottles of Zinfandel for 20 or more usually a bottle goes for 5 to 10 at the store what a ripe off..

A waste of time. I was ready to pay in full for the hall but at first they canceled the appointment I made so the owner said shell see me at 2 the next day. She never showed up and when I called I got the answering machine with the box is full trick. They wasted my time but I wont waste my money on them.

Bad organization, very boring except for the show of Hugo Cortes, it is not worth what they charged better go to see Hugo elsewhere, it is not good organization or event for the new year I do not recommend it.
