One day before my event I received an email saying I owed $200 for a tent that they had quoted at $300 and I had fully paid weeks before. When I called thinking there was a mistake the owner had no sympathy and said it should had been $500 since the beginning and it was not like they were charging an extra $1,000, but that she could cancel my order if I didnt want it. Of course I needed it, so I paid. When they delivered the tent I discovered they sub rented the tent from another vendor last minute and they passed the cost to me.

My experience with Table Occasions and Chia (the owner) was a nightmare! Chias lack of integrity and honesty caused for my familys event to be a complete disaster as she failed to deliver the product and services according to our contract. While the introductory meeting was pleasant and she seemed willing to fulfill our wedding planning needs, she completely failed to deliver what she promised. The chairs that she delivered for the wedding did not match, the glassware was a completely different style from the one chosen, Chia didnt attend our event (although she had promised to be there to coordinate the wedding), and when her staff delivered the wrong equipment, she ignored each and every single one of our phone calls! Overall, her services are sloppy, overpriced, and bad quality. Chia operates a very unethical business that I would not recommend to anyone.

I called a few other places to rent tables and chairs while planning my wedding before stumbling upon Table Occasions. I am so glad I did! Unlike individuals with other vendors I spoke with, Chia was very kind and extremely accomodating. Table occasions provided tables, chairs (chiavari), chair cushions, table cloths, and wine glasses for my wedding this past weekend. They did a fabuous job! Chia and Patrick were very patient with me and gave my husband and I great guidance through the planning process. They are very professional and caring. I give them my highest recommendation!

Waited at her place of business over an hour for her, she never showed up. Nuff said.
