Moon jump has horrible serves. They canceled on us the day of our event and didnt bother to call us early. Our neighbors had the same issue. I Dont recomend them and if you had issues with them put them, put them on blast.

We rented a balloon from Moon Jump on Saturday April 6th for my sons birthday party. We got the combo which had a slide inside, as well as a basketball hoop. All the kids loved it! The balloon was in clean condition and the man that set it up was 2 hours early and very courteous and professional. It was supposed to be windy that afternoon, so he made sure that the stakes were very secure. I highly recommend them for your jumping balloon entertainment!

This weekend I rented a jumping balloon from Moon Jump for an indoor party. When the man came to set it up he noticed that the jumping balloon was not going to fit. Instead of canceling the rental he offered to bring a smaller one. He returned to his warehouse and came back with another one that did fit. He also brought sandbags to hold it in place. He saved my party and the kids had a great time. I will definitely rent from these people again.

This guy brought the tables and chairs completely dirty. When told about it he said I just brought them from another place, they had a party last night....Ok? and you couldnt clean them beforehand? He did change the chair full of I dont know what but the two tables couldnt be replaced as he had brought just enough for his orders. As for the slide jumping balloon, it was deflating THE ENTIRE PARTY. Turns out they didnt even attach one of the motors correctly. Since we dont know how to fix the problem it stayed like that. The balloon also looked like it hadnt been cleaned either. We sprayed the water hose on it a little which wasnt convenient at all. Not happy with spending our money with them....

We rented a waterslide from this man and the balloon had a 2 foot hole at the top and a kid couldve fallen through it! He didnt seem to concerned about it either. They dont cover the rebar poles that they use to tie down the balloon and my little dog cut his neck on it and needed 6 stitches! Dont rent from this guy!
