Excellent service! There was another truck ahead of us when we pulled in, and we were in a bay in 45 minutes. We were finished with a full PM service in 45 minutes, and the mechanic showed us everything he was doing. THEY CARRY VOLVO PARTS! Oil filters for 2 or 3 filter D13 motors. And they have real mechanics, not parts swappers. Thank you! We will be back!!!

I dont know why some truckers complain about time sometimes there is plenty of trucks you have to be patient i came in change oil for my truck and trailer grease was done in 45 minutes. And plenty of room to turn around if you are running late .

These guys did a great Job, the only thing I would complain about is that they take your keys, this makes zero sense to me because they also block the wheels.I dont like leaving my truck, I like to stay in it while being comfortable in my surroundings, not their surroundings.I can maybe understand this while working on your tractor, but not for a tire change on the trailer, I should have been given the option to disconnect from my trailer so i could be comfortable im my tractor.This is a big deal to many of us, its called respect.

This is the best Speedco hands down. Since the take over by Loves all the Speedco I have been to has been a very bad experience. I am really glad that these guys have consistency and do a very good job. I will recommend to all to stop here don’t waste your time anywhere else. Old school guys know exactly what they are doing!

I came here around 7:15 for oil change and they have one bay open. Truck looks like just pull out of the bay. They just told me that they are closing at 8. Is there a rule that says you can’t come in around 7 to have oil change? What a customer service. Speedco became trash after Love’s take over!!!

Everyone was friendly and it was the fastest oil change Ive ever had. I didnt have time to turn the key off before they had my hood open.

Couldnt find a compressor anywhere on a Sunday. They had it and jumped on it as soon as another job was finished. Good job! Thx

Oil change a steer tires. All employees were professional and fast. General manager Luis was out in shop running right next to his employees. You dont see that to often. Hector behind the desk was also very professional.

Been in a border city would be a plus to have a bilingual people answering the phone. You just lost a set of steering Michelin tires. Went to Loves and they were 100 dollar plus higher then Petro. I got them at Petro. They didn’t speak Spanish so I just kept looking and ......... probably next time. Been in a border city, I prefer to help my language speaking people. Sorry.

Technicians were attentive and polite! Generous prices, fast service. They helped us with an electrical issue with our truck and travel trailer even though theyre a big rig place. They listened to us and readily accommodated our needs.

Truck stop Loves gat Speedco oil change in Tolleson, AZ at I -10 exit 83rd av.Very unprofessional, slow. Never again.

They put the wrong fuel filter and cracked fuel filter housing,costs the company 1800 bucks

Techs were very sloppy! Every filter they removed and replaced they got the fluid all over my chassis and ECM.

Usually had excellent experience here. The shop personnel are excellent. However the ladies behind service counter were to busy telling stories and helping customers of foreign race and left me standing for over 20 minutes. I had to get shop personnel to help me. Office lady wouldnt even acknowledge me. I will be trying to obtain discrimination claim against office personnel.

Took them two hours to do the truck ahead of me. Its taken almost as long for mine so far. They surely did drop the speed when loves bought them out. Didnt think they could get worse

I go to Speedco all the time our company Lucky Star carriers always get Superior Service and always pleased with the employees in the way they present themselves. On this trip I had a problem with my Turbo and one of the mechanics whose name is Richard help me with the problem with my Turbo he repaired online that was hanging down beneath the truck and he took apart the intake and then did some adjustment and the problem I was having went away. He did not charge me for adjusting the turbo but now my truck runs great and I want to thank everyone down there got Speedco El Paso especially Richard thank you

By reading some of these reviews I was hesitating to do my oil change at this place.But I wanted to give it a shot.PM service was quick. I pulled into bay at 9:38 a.m. and I was out by 10:17 a.m.

One of the best speedco I’ve been so far!

Everything was going really good until my truck wouldnt start in the bay. To jump it with their truck on property they charged 100 bucks. Then they said to lube my fifth wheel i would have to turn my truck they just jumped back off... will not go here again.

Frank the mechanic at this location is the best mechanic in el paso!! He was quick to diagnose and fix my problem. He was polite and very knowledgeable! Other employees were ok but this 5 stars is for Frank!

I may service my truck again at this place because, I like when they go ahead an perform fast but, be aware of the new way they became after loves took possession of speedco. Now they charge for every single item, not like they used to charge before as a package, and since they charge the oil by quart, they overfill the engine and this may become an issue. So pay attention of what they are going to be putting into your engine, last service they filled my engine with 50 qts of oil! Not the required 44 qts. Next time, if I decide to go again, I will be paying more attention of what they are doing.

Stopped in for a 3 axle alignment and tire balancing. Work took as long as I thought it should. They seem to know what theyre doing. But getting checked in and checked out took forever. They got rid of the girls that were working the counter doing all the paperwork and processing, so dont expect to get in and out quickly. They should call it Co, not Speedco

Got me in quick, service technicians where not very knowledgeable, and slow.Had to help them reinstall breather cover.

Went there to get lights fixed on trailer. Was pulled into a bay even before I checked in. Went thru my wiring and fixed problem in 30 min. Only cost me $45. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend

Fast and polite

They lie! Not coming back ever. Front axle differential oil changed at this location 1 1/2 months ago and now Im shown a card indicating its all black and needs to done again. They either faked the results with some old dirty oil they had on hand or they never did it the first time and charged me anyway. Spoke to Tenor Glass today, Albert the manager at Speedco sent my complaint to Mr. Glass after assuring me he could do nothing at the store level but someone at Loves would take care of me. Needless to say Mr. Glass listened to my complaint, asked if I had anything else and offered a half hearted apology. Clearly Speedco and Loves could care less about their customers. You have both lost a long time customer and Ill be sure to warn everyone I can to stay away from both businesses.

The price is too high for Love’s Speedco ... when its only only Speedco’s price was good. I changed filters and oil and grease truck and trailer & Dot inspection and they charged me 740 $ ...Machanic’s do a good job, but the only problem is there price which is too high ...

Well next in line doesnt seem to be the policy here. I guess they dont have a log book to comply with. Just take the speed of the co and that would solve this problem. Let me add i usually love speedco service....just not this one.

The only time this place is fast is when they are about to close 15min till 10pm, regular time 2.5hrs all done .

Waited in line for three hours with my RV, fending off some truckers who tried to cut in front and then when it it was my turn, the shop did not want to do my coach because it involved walking inside. I suggest a VERY CLEAR UNDERSTANDING before you waste your time here.

They pick and choose who they feel is next. Will not be returning there at all.

I waited over an hour and unit in the bay to be told they could not change the oil because the drain plug was stripped/rounded. Valuable lesson learned ...

Rude service clerk front desk

It use to be better before loves bought it.

I love going to speedco but this one was ridiculous. I called need my batteries replaced. I wanted 1125 they didnt have any so I ask if I could buy them next door at the Freightliner. And have them install in for me. I was told yes they can do it. So I got my batteries and went to speedco. The guys were rude the lady changed the price she told me over the phone. They didnt want to change them. Look it was over 100 degrees outside I could have done it myself. So they told me I need to go to the tire shop and wait for them to get done even though I was already in a bay. So I sind never mind and went to loves next to them. I was glad to pay more to get it done.
