Today September 27th 2021 i arrived at the location right before closing time but the door had a paper saying closed for cleaning so i waited and sure enough a man came to the door he was extremely rude he even said to me UGHH WHAT YOU WANT with an agravated tone of voice . He was an elder man but respect is earned not given doesnt matter if hes a geriatric, he should respect me as a costumer . Ill be stopping tomorrow to file my complaint with the manager this is not the first time that staff has an attitude at this location

They said my postage was not all paid after 2 usps agents said that it was, also they kept my package for 3 weeks, after all that they sent it back to me and it eas only 2 blocks from the destination.. I received the package back all beat up and they said I owe them 33.50 for there mistake, this pffice is a complete joke, in the end i paid 66 dollars and my item is ruined. Only the US government can do stuff like this

I had ordered scrubs for myself and theyre very expensive. So when my package said delivered I was excited, but had nothing at my front door. I checked my security system and the mail carrier just walked through my front porch not dropping anything off. Its not like she walked on the sidewalk area she literally went through my front porch and passed my front door enough for the ring camera so see her and record. She left nothing but fortunately I have good neighbors that returned my package to me since the carrier dropped it off at the wrong house. I understand mistakes but that wouldve been a loss to me and being a health professional I need my uniform. Didnt seem to even double check a PACKAGE with clothes not something small like paper to have that kind of mistake.

I was not able to give them a no-star but, I would have if given the option.I work an a large business downtown. We have packages that go out every day. I had a complaint from the postman that it is NOT his job to put the packages on a dolly to take to his truck or rather load packages. I call this just flat out lazy! My office is on 79901 and hopefully this gets back the the USPS.

I called the distribution center at their 800 number. I sent a package out on the 18th. When I track it it is showing here in El Paso. It hasnt left. I was told there was an hour wait. I was on the phone for an hour and a half and nobody ever talked to me. Im very unhappy with them.Well it finally arrived 6 days later. Whats the point of Paying for 2 day priority mail if it doesnt get there when its supposed to?

I been calling the post office for the past 5 days, and nobody answers. I send a package to Los Angeles but was returned, but this was back in 9/24/20. I continue to check the tracking of the package everyday. It’s gets very irritated that the post office are not doing their job. I had to come back to Los Angeles, until this day still searching my package. I had to ask my father to go to the post office today in person to check what’s going on with my package. Not happy.

My package got there on Sunday and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday Jan 7th 2019. So I started looking around and found this.Why does UPS deliver to USPS?Your package will most likely move speedily throughout the process until it reaches your local post office. ... The post office is in no hurry to deliver these packages. They are making very little from FedEx and UPS to deliver these packages, and there is no incentive to deliver these on time. Apr 19, 2017.So I went to the hub today 01/09/2018 to see if I could pick it up, they said no because it hasnt been processed yet. So I asked when will it get processed, they said when we get around to it. They also said that printed material ie books are not a high priority item to deliver. I was thinking in my head that gee I thought it was your business to deliver mail to the recipient in a fast and efficient manner.I commend UPS for getting the package here to El Paso as fast as they can. The hub here and post office for my area are well below sub par. At least I can expect junk mail every Wednesday.

Went in to mail a package and had 4 people in front of me. I expected a long wait but was in and out in about 14 minutes. The lady thst assisted me was pleasant and polite. Good experience. 👮‍♂️👍👍👍👍

Trash. I’m convinced complaints & inquiries go straight to the trash because they’ve never followed up after one is sent in. It’s a constant struggle of checking in on them and them pushing it off. A few packages weren’t forwarded to the new address, and the response? They’re not obligated to. It’s up to them to decide whether they want to do it. My new office informed me they should’ve made, at the very least, an attempt to contact us before it got sent back, but this office gets away with it because it’s the main one. Lazy & at this point should be rebuilt from the bottom up. In the end through I know I’m writing into air since it sadly won’t change.

Poor service. The gentleman who does passports is particularly incompetent resulting in us having to redo a passport application. He was late to the first appointment and on our return tried to indicate that he couldnt have screwed up.If you can go elsewhere, you should.

It’s clear to me my package wasn’t lost, if so they did nothing to help. We could see where the package was scanned by the mailman “out for delivery” but then never scanned again. I went to the facility several time and each time I was met with a different person telling “we’ll call you once we talk to the driver and the morning sorters”. Because I didn’t insure the package I just have to file a claim which they’ve already told me won’t matter. I never got a call back and I’m sure my number went straight to the trash. I hope whoever got my package enjoys it.

The key I have for my mail is not wanting to go in the lock and went to the post office and they really didnt help Im starting to get upset post office the group mail box is your responsibility please take care of it Im sure that Im not the only one having this problem

If you live in 79925 this is not the place to order your mail box keys. Pebbles Hills and Yarborough is.Management was very attentive and so was the staff. Informed where to go and listened to my complaints about the Hercules Post Office.Has handicap sticker on door but no easy push button for handicap, door heavy. Very organized facility.

If the website states walk ins available then walk ins should be available. We entered the post office in order to do passports. The agent was there, wouldnt talk to us, just handed us a piece of paper and pointed to the website that was at the top. So apparently walk in available actually means make an appointment. The second post office we went to, the employee informed us that thier agent comes in for the appointments and then leaves. That post office also had signs that stated walk in available.

Update - MORE Boxes being Stolen From Here!!! Postal Inspector, and Consumer Affairs will be Involved now. So, if you are the one Stealing Boxes, acting like it went in the truck but actually scanning it and then putting it in your car to go home with it... you will be CAUGHT SOON so STOP. Another box stolen here 4/20/21. 4th time now the exact same way!!! Scanned for departure here, but never actually get to the next spot. So the person scanning is stealing. Less likely to be the truck driver stealing than the person scanning for outbound. Managers... better look into this. I’m having everyone else look into you guys. So end the problem now, trouble is coming your way from your higher ups. I’m sick of now 4 boxes stolen exact same way!..3/18/20 - Multiple Boxes Going Missing Here!!!! Having to refund hundreds to customers of stolen packages that happened AT your facility.... taking food off my family’s table for weeks it has to be the same employee stealing now for several weeks in a row when my packages go into your facility.Here is what happens - the boxes get scanned into this location, distribution center mind you,Then the package becomes “In Transit to the Next Facility” statusBut Guess What! They never make it to the next facility at all. Only leaves 2 things.... driver is stealing it from that facility to the next or it never makes it on the truck, and you should have systems in place to know if it made it in the truck and WHOM the driver is and IF it’s the same driver every time... but what if it’s not even making it on the truck at all? What if it’s YOUR employee taking it out before it gets on the truck? You should know! Scanning would tell you if it’s in place. Multiple boxes not making it to the next facility from your facility and you can’t provide answers as to why when it’s happening weeks in a row????Multiple boxes, different weeks of this occurring, hundreds of dollars lost and I can’t trust that my business won’t continue to be affected!!!Why????I go in there, let the people know this is going on. And they say....”It has left here”. So I ask..., “How do you know? What was the Truck it was on, the ID number of it, and the Driver Name????? “ they don’t know that.So... how do you know it even made it on the truck??? Who stole these packages? An employee in your facility? Or the driver??? It’s happening different days, weeks in a row! If you tracked who the driver is... you’d know if it was the same driver every time packages went missing. Or... if it want the same drivers... more likely the employee who is supposed to get it to the trucks... but you can’t even answer these questions!You are allowing THEFT right under your own roof, and as the main distribution center this needs a FULL Investigation! You should be 100% liable for your own in house losses and as USPS losing these in house week after week you better be able to say who the employee is loading these onto the trucks if you think it’s not in your facility - because it NEVER makes it to the next facilities!Better start holding some meetings! It’s affecting more people than me for sure! Immediately! Accepted at your place... never gets to next locations - figure out who your thief is at your location or the driver.... several weeks in a row now, get on it!!!! Hold your meetings and at least get employees scared to know a thief is among you. This isn’t a fluke, several weeks in a row now, multiple packages gone from your location - stolen within USPSI guarantee I’ll be working my way up the ladder. Start doing something about this problem immediately - I guarantee more than just me is being affected by your employee thief.

Time is 2:40. Just came from Sanders Post Office.I am waiting on management Regina Boutte or Blanca Ochoa. I did a simple change of address from my POB to my new address. The other Post Office said it was done go back to Boeing. I have been waiting 4wks for mail they said was sent Houstrn Tx and the building is flooded a month ago? I am still waiting and so is other people now 3 customers.I

Small business owner here! I resent dealing with these rude USPS employees so I use click n ship now. Unfortunately I still have to see their mugs when dropping off my packages. I try to avoid them by using their drop box but its always clogged with packages, they make no effort in clearing it out. I have no choice but to be disrespected by these sloths. I feel my stomach turn when I have to deal with them. I dont like seeing machines replace people, but in this case I actually look forward in the day these rude usps employees are replaced with machines.

Overall based on my todays experience makes me wonder why is that we are still utilizing USPS. The tall guy at the counter which gets paid to help said that he could not look for my package in the back because there were so many. That I had to wait until tomorrow to be delivered. Visited to pick up my package of leather needles and thimbles. They are small and fit in the box but i got a yellow card to pick up in line. It was 6:22p. Tgey already had line closed. I spent 5 minutes trying to get her attention. I didnt want to be rude and go under the rope. She finally asked what time is it they said 6:27. She yells were closed. Couldnt believe it. Lazy. Unacceptable!!

Was supposed to receive my package a week ago and it still hasnt been delievered im tracking the package from the app and all it would tell me for 5 days was arriving late in transit to next destination..then finally tells me its leaving dallas after being there for 5 days like really?! Now trying to call to see if it is still at the local office for me to pick it up is impossible since now there is no way to talk to a live person. Come on guys if you cant do your jobs find some where else to work so someone who CAN do the job right can be there.

This office is the worst in all El Paso.The other day we spent an hour waiting just to make a passport appointment for my daughter. Today I spent two hours trying to get to one of the clerks to verify a appointment time and no one would answer, no one that I got a hold of via trying other extension numbers would go tell them because it wasnt their problem. Even called two 800 numbers and no one could give me alternative numbers or would let me talk to a supervisor. Only giving the 1 star because I have to to post.

I have been trying to get keys for our mailbox well now Im told that 3 need to pay 25 dollars for the keys, Ive never had to pay before. This is ridiculous, since when has there been a fee for mail box keys . Its been close to 3 months since we placed a request for them, all we got was a round around, excuses.

Not my regular post office but Ive been here twice and received TERRIBLE service from a large Hispanic gentleman with long hair. Rude both times in his demeanor and general responses. Same guy. Wish I got his name. My regular post office on George dieter is friendly and will usually offer to reinforce corners of my box and such. I asked this guy if I could use one strip of tape and he declined. He said I had to purchase an entire roll. I explained I only wanted a 6 inch strip of tape. He understood and said I have to buy my own. Cmon! Why be a jerk? No wonder this post office has terrible reviews. He will probably kick my box when Im gone. Terrible service.I might also add that I ship A LOT of packages and am always asked if the items are hazardous or flammable. Neither time did this guy ask if I was shopping hazardous materials. What a joke. A jerk and incompetent.

They have been “under maintenance” for over a month. You have to go during “business hours” to gain access to the PO BOXES. It’s hard because I can’t go during those hours so I’m stuck without my very important mail. Very frustrating!!!

The workers in this post office are extremely rude and disrespectful I heard them yelling at one older lady and then when it was my turn he was very disrespectful to me just about all the workers at the front were speaking rude to the people coming in. for me this is a last minute thing I usually go to the Post office on Fort Bliss but they closed early so I went here I will try my best to never ever come back to this post office again

Letters are misplaced and sent to the recovery center and no one knows their physical address. If you send something in an envelope, make sure you tape it very well if not they will steal the content :(
