Dishonest Drivers! Been home for 2 days and still waiting for my package. Tracking states recipient not home, twice.. The last time I was outside waiting for him.. Phone number was changed on the account. About call EPPD for theft, unless someone local contacts me.. Number is already in your system! Waiting!

Said they delivered my package, however, i never got anything. Customer service made it seem like Im the person that was wrong, I was like dude I know my own address. They just couldnt handle the fact that they delivered the package to the wrong address. Own your wrong doings plain and simple. Never buy anything that DHL will have to deliver.

They missed my delivery because they was at the wrong address and claimed I wasn’t home when I was here all day and didn’t get no knocked or notification at my door....so now I have to wait over the weekend for them to hopefully go to the right address.

Person stated they delivered my package at my house today and never showed up but took a picture of someone door but it was not mine. I have been waiting 4 weeks for this package. I also have camera footage showing that DHL never delivered my package to my house. I don’t understand now this person got the address wrong when it clearly states it on the package. Thank God for whomever invented door cameras. I sure wish I could give DHL no stars, I’m highly posed because this delivery person had one job to do and they failed. Better find my package.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My husband and I had to call the 800 number over 3 times just to give them our address? Which was already provided when we ordered the product. We paid for express and its been ONE WEEK!!! They have had our product with them for ONE WEEK!! The delivery guy had the nerve to call right now and ask for our address? Are you serious? Is this a joke? When the lady asked for our address, my husband stated that she knew our address, and guess, what, she did! I am so disgusted with them. They are retards on steroids, seriously. This will probably get deleted, but I hope someone reads this before it does, beware.

Garbage service. They stated that they cannot deliver my package to my home due to living on a military installation. They also stated I would have to drive to the DHL service station, which is over 100 miles from my home. After speaking to the DHL customer service representative I was told there is nothing they could do. I even asked for a phone call to meet the delivery personnel at the base gate in order to make things easier, and was told that is not possible due to the fact that the delivery person is not allowed to call us and is also not required to have a means to contact me (as in a cell phone) and therefore would not have one. Last time we will ever be using DHL.
