ShoOffz has honestly been an amazing gym. I’ve gone for about 3 years now and will continue too. The environment itself is great, and you never have people looking at you funny like they’re judging you or degrading you.I haven’t been trained personally here but if I’ve ever had a quick simple question on something with a workout, I’ve never been turned away and my question is always answered. The staff and people are friendly and I always see the trainers and their trainees working together and communicating, I’ve never seen an issue. The equipment is great and they’re always bringing new things to the gym to utilize and it’s clean.The smoothies are great, the meal preps are astonishingly amazing! It’s open 24/7 and there’s no contracts for a membership. Definitely a gym to be at if you want to improve and feel motivated at. :) Nothing but LOVE!

I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 years now and between the amazing hands on trainers and vast variety of gym equipment I couldn’t be happier! This gym is literally home, so thankful to feel welcome and see the friendly faces daily. The community is so supportive and always willing to help give tips and share gym knowledge! Freddy, Richard, Devon and so many other trainers really bring this gym to the top! I truly don’t believe there is a better gym in El Paso. Very thankful to be apart of the team 💪🏼

This gym is legit! Has an old school aesthetic but the compassion of a family with a great group of trainers, always open to answer questions. Great energy all around. With a kitchen attached!? I mean what else can you ask for!

Sho Offz is a great place to find a personal trainer, meal preps are top notch, plenty of supplements for you to choose from, and the staff is very knowledgeable with whatever questions you may have about pricing, contracts, or weekly meal plans. You get a great sense of the gym being a family when you get there and see how everyone interacts with one another. Highly recommend this gym.

He’s so knowledgeable in what he does and it shows through his work and clients. Every time I go to this gym I feel welcomed, I have trained with Devon a couple of times and she goes above and beyond to help with her training. Because of her I know how to properly squat now! The food is amazing as well great gym overall!

The trainers go above and beyond to give their clients a comfortable training environment, and truly invest all their time to their clients’ growth. He knows what he is doing and will get you seeing the improvements and results you are looking for. By far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. I’ve traveled around when I was in the ARMY and always struggled to find the right gym. Once I found this gym it was like if I was at home. Great equipment and environment and the coolest part is it’s veteran owned.

The northeast location has such a friendly front desk!! Great place to come and stay in shape/get in shape. Great atmosphere, great shakes, and everything you need to have a good workout.

Show offz gym is one of the best gym in El Paso forsure. My trainer Devon is great! I’ve been training with her at Show Offz for almost 3 weeks and love my results so far. She’s always there to push you past your limits and will spot you right away if she sees you need it! 10/10 recommend Show Offz and their trainers.

These people complaining about customer service geeezzz. This is the anti planet fitness. This is a place for real lifters.The point of going to gym is not to be coddled, there should be people who are better than you and intimidate you. You should be the one who says “that’s where I want to be”. It’s a challenge of the mind body and spirit. If you are looking for hugs and high fives don’t come here. This is for people who want to put in work, not be your best buddy and lie to you about the way you look.I should be able to bring my chalk, gym bag and equipment and not be ostracized by someone who has no idea what they are doing who got their personal training certification out of a box of cereal.Maybe I’m just a bitter person, but the same applies to work, I appreciate when someone can just acknowledge my presence without saying anything. It gets so annoying hearing the same thing every day “good morning, how are you?, what are you working on today?” Come in and put your work in or don’t come at all.

Ive crossed paths with a few employees from the front desk not one person said hello, thank you or have a nice day. You don’t have to like your job but when you’re the first face a customer sees when they walk into your business. That first impression sets the tone for how people perceive your business. Jobs are hard to find in El Paso and if you can’t find it in yourself to professionally put a smile on your face, then hand your job over to someone who will.

Best gym in El Paso. For experienced lifters, you will find equipment at sho offz that no other gym in El Paso has. This is a gym for people that love to lift and aimed more at the bodybuilding and powerlifting community. For new lifters you will find that the environment is super friendly the cardio areas are separated from the lifting areas. Anyone in the gym is more than willing to give you pointers if you have questions. Overall this is a gym. not a fitness center or fitness spa. It gets hot sometimes in the summer but thats how a gym is supposed to be; gotta sweat right! In the winter it can get cold but that just makes you want to warm up with some cardio as soon as you get there. This gym isnt for everyone but I will tell you if your serious about your fitness, if your serious about making gains! This gym is the best place to do it. Its military and law enforcement friendly as well discounted memberships 👌 no contracts.

I love they are constantly growing and adding on new equipment. Since it is locally owned he can add as many new machines as he wants unlike other gyms that have to stick to what they have. I also love the smoothies and the food that if you ask can be made fresh and to your macros! Being 24/7 is also a huge plus!! I go on the weekends at 11pm and 8pm

I went for information in reference to the gym and personal training. Matt was pleasant and provided me information but the personal trainers on the other hand have no business ethic. They don’t even bother to return a call or text. Have some common courtesy people!!!

I have no idea why anyone would think the staff isnt approachable or the business isnt ran well. Mike is always willing to answer my questions and help me with tips. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I never have to wait on a station or equipment and it is 24/7.This isnt a soccer mom gym or teenage hangout, people come here to work out, and I have always felt welcome by all members, from the pros to the first timers. I have had the meals and they are good also

I like the place because its 24/7 and the equipment availability is adequate. The only things I dont like is the bathroom not having proper ventilation and cleanliness. Its sweltering in there and the air inside has the thickness in it that reminds me of my high school locker room.As for the cleanliness, there was a time when I kept seeing the same green starburcks stick on the water fountain. I swear that thing was there for weeks.Other than no complaints. Those things mentioned dont even bother me. I still highly recommend this gym.

The hugo guy makes the best shakes from all lol but everyone does a great job good vibes

This gym lacks customer service, from the employees to the manager/owner. The owner needs to work on running a better business if they want to make it. I had a lot of issues from my food, to my account, to the service.

Amazing top fitness trainers: Ive known some of these trainers for over two decades and they maintain and always present the highest ethical fitness standards: they considered a health and fitness of the individual as primary: highly recommended for the beginner and advanced athletes as well as the aesthetic New Age trainers: tops in my book

Bought several passes to workout at this gym, the owners Mike Gracey And gigi are very rude and would ignore any questions I had... very stuck up. Owner Mike would never greet me just stay on his phone when I walked in.

This place is a rip off! Dont buy their meal preps. Dont pay in advance. They will use any excuse to take your money. This is NOT a well managed business in my opinion.
