Good gym been going for over 10 years. No problems. Maybe some of the barbells can be replaced as some are bent. It’s not state of the art but it’s my reliable gym of choice when I do go to a public gym.

The whole family loves this place. Friendly staff and knowledgeable as well. It is a little dark inside but we actually like that. Looking forward to our next visit there.

Staff is nice and cool. Never have a problem waiting for machines or Benches. Ive been going to this gym for almost two years and dont think on changing that anytime soon. Music doesnt bother me because I wear headphones.

Been waiting for the new gym for about a year now. The water is hot with a taste of minerals. The barbells are crooked. The weights are falling off one side of the curl bars and dumbbells. Oh yeah and you can’t deadlift heavy because it disturbs the people around you so make sure you put a mat underneath the weights you’re lifting. Defeats the purpose of the floor they have at the gym.

Its tooooooo hot in the afternoon!!! They should turn on the A/C.

This place is a regular gym...it has a club atmosphere which makes it dark...but the equipment is in great shape.Cant do anything about the people who cant follow a simple rule to rerack the weights.Over all I like it and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Would be nice if they had classes, like Zumba or Mix fit

It would be nice to get there and not see the employees cars parked at the entrances steps and along the yellow paint. The outside is ALWAYS littered with trash as well. It would also be helpful if they had more than one pair of dumbbells (25lbs-50lbs). It seems this gym has gone downhill fast. It has been gutted of half its screens and projectors. Almost like theyre waiting for their lease to be over and just close it. 🤔🤔🤔

Its convenient. I walk over from the truck yard and can get some muscle pumping after sitting driving all day. Im a trucker. Gyms are scarce around the country or too far.

Schiesty AF!! They are super nice when theyre taking your money. But when they over charge you (as they did me) they were super rude and I never got a refund.When it came to renewal time I asked them repeatedly not to call me at work, they didnt care and did it anyways.I finally told them I signed up with another gym, the chick hung up on me.1 star is giving them way too much credit.

I go here only out of convenience. Its close to my house vs. tiple further to PF. Roca is amost always dark, dirty and small. Too many people at the free weights that are never re-racked. TVs are projected to white wall vs flat screens. Cable machines missing basic needs, like hooks for different handles. wi-fi only works by the front of building. Also, mens shower curtains are either always ripped in shreds or missing. Other than that, its a gym. Nothing like PF, Tigua Fitness or even Anytime. I take my headphones, bring my own music, mind my own buisness, get my workout in and leave.

Cant complain about this gym, its perfect, been coming for about a year now and everything is up to perfection.

People complain about lack of equipment... If they dont have it then IMPROVISE. You cant beat their prices. LOVE IT.

Nice place, they always play rap/R&B and it doesnt appeal to me. Id like to hear more House Music (Not EDM), 80s Rock, and 90s Rock once in a blue moon.

I like going here, except the staff allowed a lot of non-members in and after a while it got to the point, you could get on the machines. The weight pins were always missing, the music sucked and I just stopped going as it wasnt worth my time. What should have taken 1 hr a day ended up being 2.

Been coming to this gym on and off for about 6 years. The treadmills are almost always worn out, you must be very careful not run that fast or because the machine will make loud noises (im not morbidly obese btw) the bands of these machines are loose so you always run with caution. There are about 3 machines that are newer than the rest and of course people already know about these so they are taken. Ive encountered billing issues with them all the time, folks are always complaining about billing issues. Their corporate office lack integrity when you attempt to dispute charges they remind you that you’ve signed a contract with them so you can shut up and take the charges their corporate offices are on the far west side. Staff (non managers) are friendly you can tell they’re just there following orders, the managers and supervisors are the same, the company is not really a good one their practices aren’t all that legit. I would try planet fitness or go with a pros at backstreet gym if you have the money. At pf you will encounter legit staff at great prices.

Ive been coming here for years. Not the best gym but it gets the job done. Weights are somewhat unorganized but thats just people with poor gym etiquette. Still waiting on the new half of the gym to open. Been waiting...

Was charged twice 2 months in a row. The first month was told I wouldnt get charged for the next month, yet I was. Went to talk to them, couldnt get a hold of any manager, and was told every excuse they could think of. Couldnt get my money back and was told I still have to pay cancellation fees. Bullshit.

They charge me 140 dlls on hiding fees. My membership expires on november 2017 and they renew it on January 2018 just because they want. Now im waiting to get my money back 👎 👎 👎 👎

Just moved to el paso and this has to be the worst gym ive ever seen or been to. Eveything is disorganized and very limited equipment. Not to mention eveything is dirty. I dont understand how a business can be ran this way. Definitely not going to be a customer for long. You get what you pay for!

Havent even been there, already hate it. What kind of a business does not disclose information about how much their membership costs?! Called them to ask how much the fee is, the answer was: Our company policy is not to tell the price on the phone. Come in person. Really?! What a hoax. Going to Planet Fitness instead.

Very rundown gym with little equipment options and the little they have is pretty beat up or broken. Have been going there since they opened and it seems they dont do anything to update or acquire more equipment. Put simply shity gym.

Towel racks are never filled, the place is never picked up,weights are everywhere, and this will be the second time my wife contracts ring worm from working out here. The second our membership is done we are leaving.
