Been here 2 years and made a lot of progress, coaches are awesome and the programming is great for anyone experienced or new to CrossFit

Lots of equipment to train, plenty of space, and very good membership prices. Most importantly, the culture there is amazing.

EPUC Crossfit its amazing!! The coaches are always making sure you feel comfortable with the movements and that they are perform properly. The place is full of positive energy and everyone its so nice supportive and helpful. I wish I could give thus place 10 stars!! EPUC Crossfit have made a big difference in my life. I feel confident strong and happy with myself.

Great trainers, they work with people of all ages and sizes. They prepare the work out accordingly to the individuals need.I have lost over 10 pounds.
