My personal experience with Aerotek is really good, the receptionist is super nice and polite. My recruiter is Nick Duran and he’s really polite he kept me updated at all times on a position I qualified for and scheduled me a interview with the client. Any updates he advised me and helped me with any questions I had. Orientation with the receptionist was also good and fast. Lastly the lady in charge of the client (Superior Health Plan) I was going to work for she was really nice. Everything was a great experience for me. I do recommend Aerotek! Also have to mention the pay is great!

Very rude... They did not notify me that I was let go.... ( I was terminated for no call no show when I left a voicemail to call out for medical reasons as the attendence line indicated ... I was let go on a Tuesday and was not notified until Thursday after work shift ... When I received the call Gabe was extremely rude and trying to sue for stealing equipment that i had used that same day to work) Do not recommend. They didnt even tell me how to get my paystubs until after I was fired.

Very rude they wont stand up for u with the companys they place u with. They allowed me to be wrongfully terminated due to a medical issue tyat required medical attention.. The employer told me to go to thw hospital i did not tell the employer i was hurtting nore did i ask to leave early i stated i wanted to stay it was my first day they said its best to go get to the er so i did as they said they said to go back the nect day. Then Gabriel called and noncompationatly ver rude n uncaring stated they were cancelimg my contract. I text laura crying n told her wat happened she dis not care i told her i was going to go take the company the badge back she then stated no bring it here the they dont want u there. This was the worst treatment i have ever had it broke my heart n i cried mybself to sleep. Its not my fault i was born with this genetics n the employer told me to go to the er i did not ask. They did not stand up for me or any thin. I wanted and needed that job more than any thing n was to the utmost happy than i had been in a while, then it sent me into a state of mental distress when they did that. I would never recomend any one to seek employment threw Aerotek especially those like me with disabilities which they were aware of.

By far the worst experience I have encountered yet so far. Upon my arrival I was greeted in a fair way by the receptionist. Although she seemed as if she had better things to do than to assist me. I was handed an application and interviewed by a recruiter moments after. The recruiters presentation was very poor. I guess their upper Managements do not seem to enforce a professional attire. My interview was very quick. The recruiter glanced at my resume and offered me a job doing something that I have never done before. I guess my experience to him did not matter and his thought was that I fit in a field out of my element. I guess I was just another body for him to place. I feel sad for the companies that hire this company and the applicants that are miss guided. Your luck is better off elsewhere.

Wish I could give them negative stars. Holy heck this was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had by far working for any hiring firm. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They will steal from your paycheck and then deny it ever happened and change the paperwork to suit their story

To much to complain about. I have been through many agencies in ELP and this one is by far the worst, extremely unprofessional very poor staff not to mention names. BEWARE

I had been working with a recruiter who gave me a job posting for a Medical Claims Liaison position for Superior Health Plan. I did not have any previous experience with this type of role, and the recruiter said hed talk to his manager about my resume. My recruiter got back to me and said that even though I did not have prior experience working in medical claims, the company liked that I had previously worked in a medical setting. Early November, he sent my information to the company. On November 9, I followed up with him and asked if there were any updates, and he responded promptly, said there werent any, but would follow up with me as soon as possible. Now were here, December 11, a full month later and I have not heard anything from him or Aerotek. Obviously I was not selected for an interview for this position, which is understandable. What is not understandable, is the complete lack of communication from him. Fortunately I have accepted another position with another company, without the help of Aerotek. I would not recommend relying on their services if you are in need of employment.

Hr is in California. Took me about 5 months just to get their number. They manipulate your resume to fit THEIR NEEDS,not yours. Be aware.

Terrible... be sure to know the difference in benefits companies offer and theirs cuz you work for them not the actual company. I recommend to apply directly because these peole collect a portion of your paycheck and when their 6 months are up the company hires you and they call this a promotion na buddy... this is the original pay. They were just keeping a % of ur check.

Theyre the worst, I wont put details as to why because I am employed at a company through them and dont want retaliation. Once Im permanent I will leave all details, but not worth everything they make you go through and extremely unprofessional.

Had an assignment with this agency for a company called TriWest Healthcare Veterans Administration, my job consisted of scheduling medical appointments for Veterans that weren’t able to be seen at the Veterans Hospital. I was a top performer in my team. I proudly and with my best faith assisted hundreds of Veterans daily and received numerous thoughtful words from many of them as they were very thankful for what I had done for them. My supervisor Jesse Corral would go up to my area looked around to see if anyone was watching him and began talking to me about gay clubs and if I liked them and how they were. One day this man came up to my area and touched me on my shoulder. I got extremely upset and asked him if he could stop doing it, he happily replied with a huge smile on his face “ I cant help it”I immediately contacted a site supervisor, a call center manager, and I also included this call centers operations manager and advised them what had happened. Worked for them 9 months, initial process was ok. But then come to find out they dont pay holiday pay for when the client has paid holidays. I dont know if this is just a El Paso thing because of immigrant work, but every temp agency pays holiday on the East coast. No raise the entire time. I was told and asked on 3 seperate occasions that it was a 6 month period then the option of fulltime would be on the table. I go to talk to them at the on site staff of the company and now they are saying 9 to 12 months. All they want is to keep you on as a temp because they get 40% from you working so basically 4 to 5 dollars per hour. What made it worse was no one stayed in my department because they switched shecdules, added entire days to your schedule. So i was the last recent temp to hold out. Other people would quit after 3 day to a week. Horrible experience all around. I tried to hang in but they were playing games about temp to hire.

Very disappointed with front desk assistant, and worse Recruiter Claudia Leal never answered my calls repeatedly messages and all the excuses from front desk was that she is out or she has been busy with meetings, not even a courtesy call to let me know the status of my aplication.

She took my application and said she was going to give me a call.. never did.

I applied with them and got interviewed the next day. Same day they finished my paper work

I sent my resume and application to them, I called the recruiter asked me to come in for an interview, the next day I show up and he said he hadnt reviewed my application before asking me to come in because he didnt have his laptop, then he said the client he has was a client I had already worked for and that he wasnt going to send me anywhere and basically said he wasnt going to interview me, instead of calling me ahead of time to cancel the interview, I told him he shouldve called because I put my last 5 into gas to drive over there for the interview, and he said thats too bad, didnt even apologise.
