Literally terrible they say you’ll get some document mailed to help you with everything then they never send it then 2 months later with no government help they cancel my case and everything with it

John is outstanding, he goes above and beyond because he cares, too bad hes the only only. The rest are friendly but clearly just going threw the motions. They do offer a few programs for education. 90% of the leads they gave me were wrong. Total waste of time. I wish I could rate them higher but it is what it is. This is based on my experience with them. Hopefully you will fair better. They do allow you to use the internet and they will fax papers for you at no charge. For me 4 months of going there and still no job. The wait time can be very long an hour to several hours so dont be in any hurry. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the busiest days so skip them entirely, 8 am is best on Monday Wednesday and Friday. If there are no leads on Friday try again on Monday morning. You can often do better on websites like indeed, carear builder and even Craigs list.

The way the employees are some are helpful & go out of their way for you but most just treat you like a number & give you an attitude.

Nice place to assist with job searching and unemployment. 4 stars only because the procedures are a little confusing with little help.

First time I came here, I signed in and one minute after, the career advisers went into a meeting, and i was told to come back the next day. I showed the next day, signed in to wait an hour just to see an advisor, and when I tried explaning my experience of this to the short, four eyed man that signed me in, response exactly was you know what they do that here all the time, its DESPICABLE, but I dont have any control over that. WAY different from the one on Dyer.

The Web design to get a job is kind of complicated, its not very maneuverable or user friendly.

Not a good experience at all, very unprofessional & gave no assistance. Was basically told to do it ourselves. When asked for another worker was told by law you couldnt be seen twice!

Not quite as I was expecting for the job search and update resumes. Some staff look like there new. It took me 4 to 6 months to get a job. What I like about workforce is printing your resumes are free.

Slow service as soon as you walk in all the staff is talking and rarely pay attention to people coming in.
