Unfortunately the professionalism is not there, I have a bachelors degree and experience in the clerical field, but do the the gaps in my work history they made me feel like I had a disease or something.After reading other reviews, it seems like this agency started with great ethics but something happened and it is going down the hill.

I just started with one of the companies they assigned me too and so far Norma/Supervisor has showed she’s professional. But unfortunately the outcome with working with this agency overall wasn’t what I was expecting.

Waste of time and very unprofessional staff, that lady Priscilla seems not to be a people person, ask tons of questions just to said: “ I don’t have nothing available for you at this time. I have an undergraduate degree and there is nothing out there. Waste of gas and time, rude questions and not committed to help people.

Pricilla Acosta very rude and disrespectful

I just stopped in this office after hearing about this place from a friend. I dont EVER write reviews but I feel like after all of the temp agencies I have been to, this one really stood out. The woman at the front desk was really nice and treated me like a friend yet was still very professional. I mentioned I was looking for work and she gave me the option of applying in person or online, since I was in a hurry I opted for applying online. A couple days later I applied online and was invited in for an interview that same day! They placed me at a clerical job within a week. They dont waste time here, glad I found them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for employment!

I have a complaint about the payroll department. So a week prior to being paid, I sent a direct deposit form to payroll. They also kept calling me during work hours to finish up paperwork, and threatened to terminate my assignment if I didn’t go in. After I emailed them my direct deposit forms, I urged them to send my pay into that account rather than the old account I had on file with them because that account is closed. On payday, I didn’t get paid and was told the money would deposit by 5pm. A day later the money hasn’t deposit, and I call the payroll department. A woman named Debbie who I talked to said she had seen my direct deposit form, but she chose to ignore it and sent the money into my old bank account that I had, which is CLOSED. Now I have to wait three to five days for my pay to go through due to incompetence, and my bank not sending the money back until four days from now.

I got a call asking me to come in for an interview, they said they would give me details about the position when I came in, wouldnt give me details on the phone, when I walked in they asked for my personal info and had me sign paperwork, but they had no job for me, they wasted my time asking me to go in for nothing.

They lost my resume on the first day I went there, and claimed I never gave them one. When I gave them another copy, they didnt bother reading it at all and only looked for secretarial jobs for me without even looking at what kind of work experience I had on my resume.When I asked why only secretary jobs they said Thats the kind of work woman do. Very sexist and lazy. Would not go back.

Worst agency, front lady was very rude and they dont seem to care

It is a waste of time. You go there apply and they interview you, they ask that you call every week to state your availability but they never give you hours or call back. They just get your personal info for nothing.

The Job Connection has an online website you can submit your application to but unfortunately the site. During the many times I tried submitting my application, the site would either not accept my application and I would have to go to the office and submit the application all over again. The Job Connection has not once found me a job. So I just gave up on them.

They where great, fast and responsive. Got employment fast. If you have all your ducks in a row, thier process is fast. Asked question, and always got a response back.
