I did hired them to clean my house and the first time they did a good job. The second time they almost did nothing in the house. Did not clean bathrooms left dust all over and even could clean the simple tile floor. I did talk to Lupe who say she owe the company. She apologized and say she will do a good job next time or she will refund the money. When time came she was acting very aggressive. I left her a key from house but she want to be paid before service performed. I am not paying on front already have a bad experience with her. Also to be mention she or her employees disconnected security services that also rise some questions about this company. I will contact legal services about refund.

They were hired to do a move out cleaning of my 3 bedroom home. Everything was cleaned thoroughly, including inside cabinets and closets. The carpet had som stains and they were able to remove those stains as well. I will be using them for any future move-out cleanings. I havent hired them for a regular cleaning service, but will do when I require one in my new home.

I highly recommend there services.They are very effective, accommodating, hardworking and honest people.They are very good in cleaning, the husband dose fantastic work on the kitchen, my oven never looked so good and it’s hard to clean. The Owner she is detailed and will work with you on one time projects or more scheduled as well as payment.Hope you have a good day and consider them for your needs.

Very unprofessional service. You’d be just as well off paying someone on Craigslist to clean your home. The phone number they provide online is Lupe’s personal number. Lupe does not answer her phone. In fact she blocked my wife’s number after service. We were originally told the price would be $175. After cleaning she tried to charge us $225. On the day they were supposed to come, they were 50 minutes late. Not a trustworthy business. As of right now, my wife needs a receipt for their services but they will not answer the phone. The office listed online is their home address. They are not answering the door either. Can not recommend these guys at all after this experience.

Lupe and her family (crew) were exceptional and were able to accomodate my move out clean within less than 24 hours. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. Highly recommended

I had a great experienee with the whole L & J staff. I had a heavy duty cleaning in my home. Everyone was very efficient, ethical and hard working. The house cleaning was exactly what I asked for and my carpet looks as good as new. I definately recommend this company to anyone who is looking for affordable prices and great service!!

L&J Cleaning gets the job done!! My fur babies were having a hard time being house broken and L & J was able to get the smell of urine out of my carpet!!!! Great Job!! Fast...efficient and reliable!

The work that was done was supposed to be a move out clean. When I returned after I was told they were done, the house was still dirty. The stove wasnt even wiped down bc there was still dust on it and stains. The oven doors still had stains that were not cleaned . The toilets were still filthy and the fixtures in the shower still had dried soap everywhere. They didnt touch any vents, baseboards and above the microwave was full of grease. I took a number of pictures and sent them to Lupe who I thought was the owner at least thats what she said. She said for me to keep my money and hire someone else bc they didnt let her go back to clean my house.... Wait I thought she said she was the owner? Her excuse was that bc I didnt have power she couldnt vacuum or clean even though when I made the appt she told me she had her own power and water that it would not be a problem. So if she didnt mop, vacuum or use water for anything what did she do again? Really disappointed to say the least.

Large portion of our molding is still filthy, even after the carpet cleaning there is still a LOT of dog hair easily visible.

Service is amazing
