Very happy! This is my second time Ive gotten my carpets done. Every single time Im always pleased! Any issue or stain I point out, its like a cake walk for him, always. Always gets any stain out, like its nothing. Thank you so much! I was so shocked the stain lifted. Not to mention the lovely customer service I always get from him as well. He is such a peach, and to add to my wonderful experience. He is always on time for me. They have an hour window, mine was from 9-10am today and he showed up at exactly 9 am! Thank goodness. The job itself was done flawlessly, and I trust this company to do the carpet cleaning properly. I did, however, noted that this company has a lack of communication which is a part of customer service-- the guy showed up an hour+ late to the appointment without notifying me. That being said, this company is about the same as any other carpet cleaning company in its overall service.

Chris was awesome, he can remove almost everything. Plus hes always super happy, it brightens my day to talk to him. Hes in a great mood no matter how dang hot it is.

Advantage carpet cleaners were professionally and very affordable. The company does work on Ft. Bliss regularly. Extremely pleased with the results of the cleaning and plan to use them again in the future.

Terrible. Left rugs soaking wet. Had towels, fans and furnace turned up for days. Musty smell after second day. Was here for less than 30 minutes and charged $102. Didnt even think to move small side chair until I mentioned it. Never again.

They have always done a great job. We use them on a regularly at work They never have failed me!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend them and prices are fair.
