I hired the 1st Choice Cleaners to clean my couch, recliners, and mattress. They did an amazing job! Jason and his tech did a great work when they came to clean our carpets. He was very polite and on time. Prices are very reasonable. Works very fast but made sure carpet was clean and smelling good. I have three dogs and most of the carpet marks were removed.

These guys did a great job with my carpet. My carpet had not been thoroughly cleaned for 3 years, and having a toddler makes carpets that much more fun! 1st Choice LLC came by and cleaned dirt, marker, chocolate milk, and other miscellaneous stains and I was very happy with the efficient and prompt service. A word of advice: they do not move furniture like beds and dressers, so for a thorough clean, prepare your room and have it ready for them to service it. I know they say they will move it, but its just better if you do it so that they dont skimp out on you for the service. They will however move your sofas to clean under them, and any other small furniture item that may be on top of a carpet area.

We had paint on our tile and instead of getting it all off, Jason handed me a razor blade and told me that it was a weekend project because in order for him to get it off he would be here for another hour. I thought i was paying them to CLEAN the floor no matter how long it took them ? In the end i was very disappointed with the service.Im trying to figure out how to post a picture of thefloor. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! First of All First Choirce Cleaning and Restoration, LLC is NOT in good standing thru the State Comptrollers Office or in their words: FRANCHISE TAX INVOLUNTARILY ENDED (something I should have checked before hiring this company). BEWARE OF THE HIGH STAR RATINGS AS THEY ARE MISLEADING!!! Secondly, Jason Fisher was polite and seemed professional when I called to schedule to clean the dryer vent on my property but when he admitted he couldnt install my dryer that he moved to begin with he became angry and was rude (I not only have witnesses but he was also recorded). He explained the procedure which included moving the dryer. In the end he caused property damage to my home after he moved the dryer to clean the vent and heavily scratched my wood floors. When he admitted he couldn’t install the dryer I told him I would take him my dolly to use because he said he didn’t have one and would merely slide all of the other dryers in. In all my years of working with people, I have never had anyone tell me they couldnt install a dryer because of a matt. Afterall, he was the professional. When I told him he had to finish his job he became angry, rude, critized me in front my tenants and didn’t wait for the dolly so he shoved my dryer in scratching my newly refinished wood floors. He refuses to take responsibility for not having the right tools (dolly and protection for the floor) to move the dryer. Jason claims that I am attacking him in social media but I want everyone to know that just because he has high star rating dont be fooled as I was. He claims to have 10 years experience in cleaning dryer vents and 17 years in the industry so with all his experience why is it so difficult for him to install a dryer?...maybe because he didnt have the right tools or maybe it was his temper but the real problem is he was rash and couldnt wait for the dolly so instead caused deep scratches on my newly refinished wood floors. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT WILL END UP COSTING YOU MORE MONEY IN PROPERTY DAMAGE. JASON HAS A BAD TEMPER AND WILL SAY ANYTHING OR DO ANYTHING TO MAKEHIMSELF LOOK GOOD. BEWARE OF THE HIGH STAR RATINGS!!! HE IS NOT ETHICAL AND CAN NOT BE REASONED WITH.
