Absolutely fantastic experience at Platinum. Had them apply a ceramic coating to my new Highlander. They had to do Clay bar treatment on the new paint and clean it several times while applying the coating due to the dust and wind. Great job. Car shines like sparkling water. I couldnt be happier. I am going to have them do my Travato as well. I strongly recommend this business!

It was clean just not what I expected from 160.00 detail. Manager was a good guy, gave me a chance to tell him what was wrong… still wasn’t great…. Didn’t feel like telling them a second time what was wrong with it.

Amazing job. My truck was dirtier than most, pet hair, dirt from off roading, etc. They said it would take longer than normal but did not charge me extra. The end result was amazing, looks better than new!

Phenomenal job! I have four kids and a dog which sheds, so you can imagine how dirty it gets. Haven’t cleaned it in a while and they cleaned it top to bottom, inside and out. Looks amazing, super clean and smells awesome. Great place, great customer service and great prices. I’d highly recommend to anyone!

I dont often review places, but after the honestly phenomenal service I received here I couldnt help myself. I havent had my car detailed since I bought it in 2017, and if Im being perfectly honest I havent washed it since early 2020(I know... gross). They were able to get my car done in under the quoted time and when I got in I was absolutely shocked. It looked cleaner than the day I bought it. Well worth every penny.

Disappointed. I read the reviews and seemed like a great place but they did half of the service expected. I asked for a full interior detail and At first glance it looked good, but after driving home I noticed parts of my car were still dirty.The dashboard, all inside windows, trunk and doors were the same as when I dropped my car off, aka not cleaned. I will say the 4 things they did clean was a good job (the seats, floor, middle counsel and mats) but for $125 I expected more. :/ I suggest asking what is included in an interior detail so your hopes aren’t let down like mine were.

Definitely recommend these guys. I dropped my car off after owning it almost a decade and it looks new. Even got the grease stains outta the back seat thats been there for years. Great job guys and thank you

Did a fantastic job removing cat hair and urine from the upholstery of my car. Cross country drive to TX and the cat had an accident along the way. My car looks and smells brand new. Unable to tell a cat was even in the car!

Wasn’t ready after called it was ready for pick up. Detail instructions weren’t communicated correctly to workers. Charge didn’t equal to the work they did. But they were friendly

I cant believe its the same car. I had dog fur embedded in the carpets, on the flooring and in between the seats for years - (about 7 years worth to be exact.)The fur was from my Golden Lab, and then recently from my border/collie lab mix dog. (Who as you can imagine sheds a lot.)Id been vacuuming for years - but nothing was getting rid of the fur that was stuck on the carpet. These guys took my car in at 8 a.m., starting working on it - and by 3 p.m., had it done. (It needed some major de-furring.) Went to pick it up - and there was no fur to be found - none - not in the fibers, in the floors or in between the cushions. Amazing. If you need a serious detailing - go to these guys. I know I will be coming back. Super friendly - and their attention to detail is definitely worth the 5 stars I gave it.

Great experience! Dropped my Black Jeep JKU off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Upon picking the Jeep up I found that I had chosen the right auto detailing company. The Jeep was immaculate! I had forgotten how black, black could be. The carpets, dash, roll bars and engine were cleaned and detailed to perfection the exterior was a mirror finish. Great Work!!! Will be taking my other vehicles there soon!!!

Outstanding. Very friendly and courteous staff. I just bought a used car and wanted to get the interior cleaned really well. They did a great job. It took longer than they said it would because they found evidence of numerous spills embedded in the upholstery. For the extra work and time it took, they didnt charge any extra, instead gave me a complimentary exterior wash, which was also very good. Highly recommended. I will be returning.

They did a superb job on my 10 year old vehicle and it literally looks as clean as the day I bought it. I had been holding off on getting a detail for some time and it definitely showed prior to taking it in. I called a few other places to shop around and even got a consult with another place, but the Platinum Auto Detail representative was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone so I felt compelled to take my vehicle there. One row of seats was extremely dirty with accidental liquid and food spills which had accumulated over time and they decided to completely unbolt and remove the seats to give it a completely thorough cleaning. The air vents were cleaned with blowing air to push out any dust and particles. Any and all food particles were vacuumed and removed. The people working there are very thorough, courteous, respectful and I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend anyone use their service (and Im extremely picky about these sorts of things). The price was very reasonable.

I would like to start this review by saying this auto detailing shop is amazing. I called on a Friday for an appt on a Monday and they had no problems getting me in. Monday came around and I called to see if I could bring it in earlier than my appt time and they had no problems with me doing that. From my official appt time until I got the call that they were done was about 5 hours, but they cleaned the interior to show room quality, and the exterior to include the wheel wells and the engine compartment. The vehicle looked like the day we bought it, and that is what they promised. The cost was 160 for my 2011 GMC Acadia that was quite dirty on the inside. The outside of the vehicle had not been washed in months as well. This is the second time I took my vehicle there and I am definitely pleased with their service personnel and the workmanship. I will be taking my other car there in the near future. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.
