Highlyyyyy recommend! They got my baby together with 20% in the front, 35% on the back on top of my factory tint so it’s darker.There was 1 tiny flaw, but i notice everything and brought it to their attention. They were quick to resolve it and it wasn’t a hassle at all.I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get your windows tinted. Also, the price was very affordable.

This business is very unreliable to say the least.Took my car at 9am and was told car would be ready at 12pm. Flash forward to 2pm and I am told the car is not ready. Even at 6pm the vehicle is still being worked on. Simple rear window tint and tail light tint.I informed the manager on the situation and he said hell talk to the employee who told me the vehicle would be done at noon. Absolutely no customer service skills and very unprofessional.The manager then proceeds to tell me that there were vehicles from the previous day and that someone shouldve told you.I absolutely would not recommend this business.

Took my corvette in to get the front windshield ceramic tinted and they ruined my leather dashboard in the process. They admitted it was their fault but are trying to find a cheap alternative (gluing a cheap leather skin) to replacing the dash board on a 70,000$ car. I’ve gone back and forth with the owner and he does not seem to care since it’s been 2 weeks without a response. Even then the tint job wasn’t even that great and had imperfections. If you have anything worth of value i would not take it here. Just my opinion.

I had originally gotten my windows tinted here as a dealer add on. My front passenger window tint began to peel and looked pretty bad. I called Universal about the problem and with no questions asked, they took my vehicle and replaced the tint in about 40 mins. The tint looks great and the service was super friendly!** side note: it turns out the problem with tint was a result of a faulty window weather strip/gasket that was too tight and caused the peeling. So it was not the tinting companys fault for the issue.

Little bubbles and scratches on the tint all over, asked for an estimate for decals and never got a call back. Thankful I didnt. BRAND NEW car and got it back with a dent in the hood. I have literally not even driven it anywhere else.

Tint looks great. Interior not so much. Guy could have cleaned this easily instead of letting it sit and stain everything. Tried to remove with a microfiber and warm water no luck. Used armorall only mask it. :/ sucks bad.

So far, Im satisfied, with price is only the second day, I think is to soon to qualify the job, I hope I dont have any problems, but is the third car I take there and other two vehicles they did a great job.

I took my 2020 GMC Denali to get the windows tinted. When we picked it up, the check engine light was on! The front passenger door now has a dent!! The middle console has a pretty bad knife scratch!!! They didn’t wipe off the liquid they sprayed in the inside of the truck, it had ugly water stains all over!

This is not the place to get paint protection film installed! They did a horrible job on my 2020 Tesla! There are bubbles throughout the film and EVERY SINGLE EDGE of the film is visible! Two edges were torn AND PEELING!!! They didn’t even clean up after themselves! My windshield had a ton of spray residue all over it and my wheels did as well. I hand washed and detailed the car prior to dropping it off. I expected it to look the same or better when I picked it up!!! They have ZERO attention to detail! The only reason I chose them was the military discount... You get what you pay for.... I had them remove the film immediately!

Poor workmanship from the initial installment of the tint. There were bubbles and imperfections on the back window. I can’t believe the Lexus dealership would recommend this shop.

I was told that my tint would pass for inspection but did not, got tint only 5 months ago, so I had to take front window tint off to pass inspection. Owner told me it would be another 50 dollars, (very dissatisfied )with service. He should know texas laws on tinting and should have told me.

Called on Friday about getting my Monte Carlo done on Saturday. Brought it in, took about 3 hours and100 dollars for all of my windows and it looks phenomenal! The price was excellent and they even pulled a small amount of old tint I couldnt get to myself without an extra charge. Professional business, and they act like it too. Highly recommended.

Had tint done on my front windows at this business. They were very accommodating and fit me right in without an appointment. To the untrained eye the workmanship appears very well done. Professional demeanor all around - even out in the shop. I would recommend Universal.

They are strictly just window tinting, that is where their expertise is. They told me they were able to do the vinyl on my headlights and taillights; which cost me 230$ When I left, the vinyl had peeled all along the edges, it looked awful. It was obvious that they had clearly rushed through it even though they had my car for 6 hours. I brought it back and asked them to remove it and I wanted a refund. I didn’t even want them to attempt to fix it, now knowing that they didn’t know how to do it in the first place.The window tinting looks great though. I just can’t give them any credit for headlights and taillights.

Im changing my original rating to 4 stars after receiving an outstanding service on both of my vehicles. Thank you. Bad Customer Service. I took my VW to get all windows tinted, they had me waiting for two hours, after I asked for an update they told me that they had other vehicles ahead of me and that I needed to wait at least another hour. I was never explained the waiting time, I was just told that it would take 1 1/2 hours get it done. Communication with customers is essential and they lack that basic skill. I hope they get better at it, I couldnt wait any longer and left the place.

Good service. Told me it would take about 2hrs but they were done in 1 and 1/2 hrs. Large selecting on tint colors. They offer other services for vehicles.

They did very good work. The price for my vehicle was 100 bucks cheeper then everywhere else. The only complaint i have and this is why i put 4 stars instead of five, Is that when they were done with my vehicle the person driving my car reved my engine so high that i could hear it through the walls inside the building.

I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it comes with factory tint in all the rear windows except the driver and passenger front windows! I called and asked when to take it so they could put the tint on the front windows and match it with the rear. Made an appointment, and iIhave to say they did an excellent job with the tint and matched it perfect! but more than anything it was fast I probably waited 20 minutes tops! Theyre work was also very clean. No residues anywhere, no finger prints no messes at all, I really appreciate the work you guys did, it wasnt alot but me and my wife are very hapoy, thank you!!

When bought my new car 2.5 years ago, the dealer tinted my windows, the tint stared to Clear up over the years, i call Universal Tinting and Accessories since they have a contract with dealership, the guys were very profrecionals and very friendly, i took my car to them and they warranty their tint and did a excellent job, they even upgraded to a darker tint on my Sonata....thank you guys....
