I cannot tell you what a good job these guys did on my 2018 WRX. Those of you who are enthusiasts like me will know what I mean. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle. Their head detailer is one of the most professional Ive ever encountered, anywhere. Vincent and Carlos are top tier. Literally could not be any better

These guys did a great job with my car. The interior had spilled soda, crumbs, even mold under the floor mats. Got it back looking new for a good price.

Great work done to my car! My wife had thrown up all in the front seat. Mr. Vincent and his workers did a spectacular job! Looks fresh off the show room recommend to use them for all car detailing needing to be done to your car.

I had a wonderful experience. I came in with pounds of salt in/on my under carriage and I needed it lifted to get the job done. Other detail shops quoted me $75 but Vincent quoted me $200. He offered to let me help and cut the price in half. It took about 3 hours but thet job was done to detail. Fair price and hard worker with good character.

Mr. Vincent and Mr. Chad were helpful and fast in helping me detail the interior of my car that had some kitty smell from a recent trip to the vet. (Kitty is fine now!) I was really worried the smell would never com out and had a lot of questions. Mr. Vincent was reassuring and took time to explain their process .They deep cleaned and steam cleaned everything and now car looks and smells better than new. Will use again and very recommend.

Took about 4 hours for a new car detailing, and my car looked like new! I would recommend having someone to pick you up in the meantime because there is nothing to do in the surrounding area.

Got the interior of my car detailed there today and I was really happy with the service. I had quite a bit of dog hair in my car because my dog sheds like no other and after hours of hard work they were able to get it all out. I spent a lot of time trying to do it myself. I will definitely be going back to these guys. Very nice people too.

Did an Amazing job on our Conversion Van. Detailed inside, hand washed, buffed waxed, coated van. Dressed tires left it looking Amazing. Will definitely return. Next our Travel Trailer will keep all RV owners/travelers posted.

Theyre pretty quick and thorough, but the interior of my car was scratched like someone had keys or something in a pocket while doing the cleaning.In regards to the reply from the owner about it not being their shop - This review is over a year old, way before the time they said they closed and moved in March of 2020.

They did an outstanding job detailing and washing my car. There is an additional fee if your car/truck is dirtier (mine was an absolute pigsty to be honest), but it is still money well spent. If you have a couple extra dollars and want to invest in your vehicle, this is the place to do it. My car looked brand new after they spent several hours on it.Outstanding customer service too; very friendly staff. Theyre straight shooters. This place is the best kept secret in town.

I couldn’t have had a better experience! The employees were kind, and the service was an hour earlier than expected which was great because I didn’t end up waiting past the expected time, it was nice that it was done faster and my car looked great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you gentlemen!!!

One star is an over statement for this car wash. They charged me $115 for a small SUV and $65 to clean the headlights. The headlights were cleaned, $65 is high for highlights, but I agree to pay just the same, because I thought I was going to get a good detail job done. I am so disappointed. The back of the SUV was barely touched. Food particles still in the tracks of the pull down shade; windows, rear view mirrors and nav screen, all smeared and/or edges around the frame of the windows not touched; compartments were wiped out, but not clean out; all door jams were wiped off, but not cleaned. Dust and dirt all over the vehicle. Not recommending this place to anyone. I believe they over obligated themselves the day I brought my car. My appointment was at 10:30 and the car was not ready at 4:30. They texted me about 4:45/5:00 saying that the car was ready. Obviously it really wasnt really. I have to spent another $60 at another establishment to get a detailed car.

I had an appointment at 10:30. Vincent said it was not possible to drop the car off any earlier and that this was the first appointment of the day. When I arrived, I sat down inside and asked another customer if it was the right place. There were no workers there and nobody came. The other customer suggested I walk outside to find the people working on his car. When I did, they told me they did not know where Vincent was and that he hadnt shown up. They indicated they would call him. He came about a half hour late. During this time I asked the other customer if he had an appointment, and he said no. He just showed up at 9:30. I was upset when Vincent came because they had not started on my car and allowed a walk in when the website says it is by appointment only, and because nobody called to notify me that Vincent did not show up for work today.Then there were all these extra fees they kept adding on. I finally said to forget the full detail and just clean the seats. They still wanted to charge me as if they had done the detail and justified it by saying they gave me a free car wash and tire shine, which I did not ask for. Vincent did do an excellent job getting superficial scratches off of the side of my car and he said he would not charge me because of the confusion.When it came time to pay I expressed concerns with the extra fees (for an SUV; my car is a wagon but the seats are identical to seats from the sedan model and they didnt do any detailing inside the car anyway besides the seats) he argued and said my seats were oversized. When I got upset he refused to take my money. I explained I wanted to pay him and followed him around when he walked off angry, but he continued to refuse to accept any money.I was not looking for free service and did not want free service. I just wanted to deal with someone who was honest and did services as explained. They may do a great job, and Ive never had detailing before so I dont really know how prices compare, but it ended up being a mess of dealing with upset and unpleasant people and I wouldnt go back.

I want people to know the fact about this place. Chad is no longer with Select Car Detail due to the fact is Chad has worked for Vincent Townsend for over 7 years and on October of 2018, his last month there was due to not being paid his hard work and dedication. Chad was not being paid not even minimum wage. LET IT BE KNOWN, Vincent, by law under pays his staff and help. I am a witness to this mess for 4 years.

Got all stains and a very bad gum stains out of carpet. Well worth the Web Special. Car looks new and smells great. Car detailed during high winds and dust everywhere, WHO SAYS YOU CANT DETAIL IN THE DUST N WINDS!

These brothers really know their stuff when it comes down to exterior/interior detailing and I recommend them to anyone who really wants a NEW CAR LOOK.They are sincerely the best car wash establishment that I know in El Paso,Texas and the surrounding area.My windows have never been cleaned that well ! Do NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE! They seem professional, and then they are not. They promised to have my vehicle completed by 4, 3hrs after i gave it to them. Then it wasnt done at 5 either. Then, they try to charge me full price. They are super slow, unethical, and did a poor job, extremely slowly.

I asked you which day would be good for you Tuesday or Wednesday? You told me that Wednesday would be better for you. I asked you what time would you like to bring your vehicle you said,⎯“the earlier the better” I said for you bring in your vehicle in on Wednesday at 10:30 so that someone could see the condition of you seats and look at the scratches.The customer came in at 10:00 A.M.(not 9:30 AM) while the workers was setting up the Shop, this customer called yesterday (July 11, 2017) at 2:33 P.M. and said that he was coming in an hour so that we could look at his seats and carpet, but came in today. I told the Supervisor to take the customer in and when Ms. Heaton arrives to look at the vehicle and give me a call, if she wants to get it cleaned today.You arrived at our Shop today at 10:42 A.M. (late) I received a call from the Shop at 10:43 A.M. to let me know that you were at the shop and the seats are cleanable and the scratches could be buffed out. I then told them that I was on my way to take care of you. I arrived at the Shop at 10:50 A.M (eight minutes after you, confirm with the worker that you wanted your seats cleaned your scratches removed). I went inside the shop to say hi, we shook hands, and we went outside to look at your Subaru Outback. I asked you about the stains that you were concern about in your seats, but you said, “I am concern about the scratches” (in a very angry way) I said, “okay I understand that, but right now we are looking at the stains on your seats.”You then begin to tell me that, “the customer whom was inside the shop did not have an appointment today and we took him in before you, and that we are not very professional, and that you have been shopping around other places.” I said okay, I am the one who will be cleaning your seats; because the material of your seats are very delicate. I told you that I was sorry about the misunderstanding, and I will see what I could do about your scratches, and I said that I hope to make you happy. You then asked me how long will it take? I said to you I am about to start on your vehicle right away.You stated, ⎯“ Then there were all these extra fees they kept adding on. …” Ms. Heaton, when the Supervisor looked inside your vehicle he told you because of all the dog hair inside your vehicle will be an extra charged, you told him that you did not want us to touch the carpet nor the cargo area, you just wanted the seats and the scratches taken care of. You were charged the amount base on all the stains that were hard to get out of your seats not because of the size of your seats, and since I was going to buff your scratches out I had to clean your vehicle in order to see the scratches better. The scratches on your vehicle were not superficial they were from off-roading; there were many fine scratches on two doors and on the front and back panel; the whole right side of your vehicle had scratches and were not easy to take off.You also stated,⎯“ When it came time to pay I expressed concerns with the extra fees ...” I explained to you that your seats were not easy to clean, and when I finished them I showed you clean and dry new looking seats. You asked me if the scratches came out and I showed you were the scratches use to be, and you said wow. You asked me if I waxed your vehicle and I told you no, that I had to buff and polish the scratches out, because wax do not take out scratches, you looked and saw scratches in other areas of you vehicle and I told you that I did not buff those areas, but I will take care of you. I walked away extremely disappointed because when you gave me your credit card you told me that you are going to tell everyone not to come to our Shop because we are liars. Yes I refused to accept your money, because we are a Shop who is honest and do great service. Have a Blessed Day Ms. Heaton.

Got a hand wash and wax. My car looked amazing when it was done.

These guys do a serious detail job. Took in my very dirty vehicle and they worked magic and got it nice and clean.

Make sure you take your car to Chad at Select Car Detail. He will have your car looking brand new!!
