Friendly staff, knowledgeable, they do a good job on fixing vehicles. They are our go to for a good mechanic. Prices are not to bad.

Brought my car in for two tires and an alignment. I know a good but about cars so I was able to ask questions that related to the vehicle. The people are very friendly and willing to answer questions and they were very knowledgeable. The alignment was a manual alignment and let me just say to do a good manual alignment you must know what your doing. They did a great job. If you need a good honest friendly place to go in Elpaso, I do recommend.

They didnt really help us a ended up messing up our car we took it several times about four times to get the AC several things ended up getting popped up that needed to be fixed and it still wouldnt work even though they said they had fixed it completely messed up our car.

Worst place to take your car. Left my car since 8:30 am. I called at 3pm they had not even touched my car. Not even a call from them. When i went to pick my car up, not even a sorry.

Good prices and quality service for decades! Fair, honest and trustworthy. Jims high quality of ownership is ever apparent. Hector and his staff are top notch. We wont go anywhere else for tires, brakes, shocks or A/C work.

I loved this place because of the attitudes of the mechanics there. I had questions about my car and they took the time to answer. I was there for tires they could have not answered me. It is a friendly, mask wearing, social distancing, Tire Center. Even the owner works on cars as well,

They were obviously busy, but helped us as quickly as possible. They repaired our tire quickly and efficiently. Best $10 I have ever spent.

Let me tell you, I had a good amount of work done to a vehicle of mine that had been sitting for over a year. It was only in the shop for a few days. It runs great with the exception of an issue the vehicle had when I bought but will be fixing with Yearwood at a later date. I will definitely be returning for all my future service needs. They also worked on our second car and we were very happy with the service provided and the very fast service we received for both vehicles. Definitely will always recommend them to everyone I know. Price range is exceptional.

Great service and fast too! I wanted to change oil among other things and nearby places told me to come the next day or wait 4 hours cause or the load work but even tho this place was full they took the time to change the oil under 15min!

Cant be trusted Hector the guy in charge when Jim is not around will do as he pleases changing the order of service to his convenience will lie to your face at tell you that another customer was there before you A 45min job has taken 3hrs and Hector still wants another hour unfortunately for Jim the owner I personally will not be a return customer hopefully Jim will get a new manager before losing all his customers !!!!!

If youre looking for honest, legit work on your vehicle, Yearwood is the place to go. First timer here so I was a bit skeptical. But I quickly got over it. . The main staff was respectful and professional. But most importantly, it was affordable. Break Masters was going to charge $800 for the exact same service. Yearwood charged $300. Highly recommend!

The owner us respectable, reliable and reasonably priced. He tries to get everybody the best deal and doesnt put new tires on your car if you dont need them. Hes very honest and kind also. His employees are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I get all my oil changes, alignments, and tires done here. Theres no other place in El Paso that Id trust as much as them.
