Ive been here twice and neither time would their card reader work, so I had to get cash at 7/11 next door. Where to begin....The front counter guy tried to start my manual transmission car in gear. He was upset I wanted to speak directly with the mechanic doing the work and argued the price of a state inspection. He was wrong on that.I made an oil change/inspection appointment for another car. They had no record of my previous visit in their computer. The counter guy wrote my appointment down on a scrap of paper. Seemingly they have no appointment scheduling method. When I arrived on time for said appointment I was completely unexpected and he wanted me to leave the car there. Well no, dude. The whole reason for the appointment is because I cant do that. I get the bill and find they just decided to use synthetic oil which jacked the price to $70 - for an oil change!OK..... so the cars all done and I go home and park. Two days later I drive away and upon return I find a big ugly oil stain in the driveway. I crawled underneath to find they never tightened the oil drain bolt. It was completely loose, dripped steadily, and had strewn oil across the underside of the engine compartment. Had I not noticed the stain then doubtless the plug would have fallen out on the highway somewhere and dumped all the oil. I got to clean up the mess.In my view theyre careless and completely lacking in the customer service skills necessary for a service business. Never again.

Very satisfied with their work. They gave me a decent price. Very fair and my vehicle is running fantastic and they even found and showed me an issue in detail and gave me a good price. I even received additional work free of charge. They are certified and very timely in their work. It’s really hard to find a decent mechanic and even harder when on a budget. They are quick to and even took me in early despite my poor timing and they work on Sundays. Thank GOD I found these men. I’m very happy with them and I will continue doing business with them. Highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Coronado crew! 10/10

THANK YOU! I needed my brakes changed and did not want to take it to the dealership. So I gave Coronado Lube Auto Care a try they are close to where I live and open on Sundays. Let me tell you they are GREAT they explained to me in detail what my car needed as a single mom I was afraid of the $$$ but it was affordable. So THANK YOU again see you all soon for my oil change. I am definitely a proud customer .

Manager /owner was honest and complete told exactly what was wrong and fixed. His mechanic even gave me a ride home. Service was beyond my expectations. Will definitely go back with other issues I have. I highly recommend going here with honest and professional service!!

Great customer service. I had a water pump put on, break pads with new rotors. And my car need new radiator fan and radiator at different time and each time I always had to carry the car back. In face my car still over heat after 40 mins of driving

They are extremely professional, polite and helpful people. I was very impressed with how hard they worked to my truck brakes and oil changed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I just miss the car wash that used to be here before it got replaced by this shop.It was seriously just a 30 second drive to wash my car. Lol.
