Where to start! A very unfortunate chain of events lead to have my vehicle towed to this place. Long story short, this man stayed passed closing hours to make sure my wife wasnt carless for the weekend while i was out of town. Very knowledgeable and more importantly caring. I am not from the area, and was looking for an experienced & honest mechanic to look at my car. The reviews for this place were awesome so I figured Id give them a call. I had no idea what was wrong with my car, I took it to 3 other mechanics in El Paso and they didn’t know either. I gave these guys a call and they told me to bring it in. They diagnosed it and figured out what was wrong with it right away. By the very next day my car was fixed and ready to go. I will definitely be coming here for future repairs.

I own a 2007 Infiniti M45. Its in fairly good shape because I take good care of it. I had an unusually loud noise coming from my engine compartment. I took my car to Mr. Motor to see if they can help me. I met Hector at the shop. After listening to my engine for a few seconds he told me it was a pulley going bad. Sure enough they discovered it was my power steering pump pulley that was bad. They replaced the pump and now my car is purring like a kitten. They not only replaced my power steering pump but fixed my driver seat that had a broken weld which caused it to fall off the seat rails. I was 100% pleased with the work they completed on my car at a fair price. It looks like I found a truly quality auto repair shop I can trust. They do the job right the first time and not charge me an arm and a leg. I would 100% recommend any of my friends that need auto repair work to Mr. Motor without hesitation.

Based on the stellar reviews left for the business I brought in my Nissan for a diagnostic due to a chirping sound being emitted while driving. Even though the diagnosis turned out to be the worst case scenario (motor and transmission were shot) the guys were completely honest with me about the cost and the fact that I would be better off using that money toward the purchase of a new vehicle. They didnt even charge for the inspection and were empathetic about the situation. Im very grateful for their honesty and will definitely be using them for any future car repair needs in addition to recommending them to everyone I know.

I came in wanting a second opinion since the prior shop I went to recommended that I needed a new motor installed. I was quoted over 4000$ in expenses.. I went in Mr.Motor shop, spoke with Hector and I could tell as soon as I spoke with him that he knew his stuff very well. After I received the diagnostic and gave them the green light to do the repair they believed I needed, I ended up spending 270$ ! It was the thermostat and not the motor needless to say I’m so glad & relieved I found their shop! Thank you Hector and Mike! I will most definitely be taking my company cars here for repairs.

What an excellent experience! It took me a very long time to finally find a shop where I’m treated like a human being - no longer do I need to worry about future repairs or issues. Hector is an outstanding shop owner who knows his stuff and will educate you along the way as well, usually I do my repairs myself because you just can’t trust a majority of mechanics whether it’s due to incompetence or malice, but I can whole-heartedly say I’ve finally found a mechanic who will treat my car as if it were his own.Had my AC refrigerant evacuated and recharged, no BS, was warned every step of the way of any regulatory issues that could surface in the event of a leak, yet I was good to go in under an hour. Excellent communication.I will most definitely be returning for any future repairs I need done, as well as recommending family and friends. People deserve an honest mechanic.Finally a mechanic I can trust... thanks Hector!

I just moved here with the military, and its always a challenge to find an honest repair shop. Hector and his crew took great care of me. They are honest, affordable, and professional. I will be using Mr. Motor for all of my auto repair needs in the future.

I went to have my AC checked because it stopped blowing cold air. They were unable to assist me because my car needed a different machine to recharge my coolant but I was not charged and they were very professional.

I was going to get work done on my truck today by them but the mechanic gave me some advice on how I could potentially fix it and it worked! Even though they had nothing to gain out of that they still helped me solve the problem

My car left me stranded around 6:30 pm in a parking lot because the battery terminal had corroded to the point of complete dissolution. I eventually got the car started, with great difficulty, but definitely couldnt count on it and needed the battery cable replaced. All the local shops closed at 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm. I made it home by 7pm and hit Google and found Mr. Motor was open until 8pm. I called at 7:05 and asked if I got my car there within 30 minutes, could they change the cable before closing time. Cheerfully and without hesitation they said yes. I got there in about 20 minutes and 15 minutes later, my car was repaired and I was on my way. The owners/employees were super personable and caring and the price was right too. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience.

They were amazing! I got an oil change at Lube Express less than 2 weeks ago and on my way home from work my car started making a very weird sound and jolting back and forth (Lube Express didnt put the seal back on the filter and my car had lost all of its oil). I looked up a mechanic shop near me and saw they had amazing reviews. Mike stopped what he was doing and helped me even though they were about to close. He saw the problem right away, had someone deliver the part to fix Lube Express HUGE mistake, and fixed the problem right then and there. He also washed all of the oil out of the engine compartment & underneath my car. He could have said no since they were closing and working on another car, but he helped me without hesitation. I am so thankful! They are extremely professional, helpful, and I highly recommend them. If I ever experience any issue with my car this will be the first place I take it to. Thank you again.

My Camaro 🐝 had failed the state inspection and I was overwhelmed as to where I could take the car for repairs without being taken advantage of. Luckily I found Mr. Motor via Google search and read through their reviews. I took my camaro to them and was assisted by Mr. Hector. Mr. Hector was serviceable and honest about pricing. Mike and Hector went ABOVE and BEYOND! They were able to get the repairs done within a reasonable price. If you’re looking for honest mechanics with GREAT work ethic, look no further. Highly recommend. Went in for a check engine light. Had my car fixed in less then a week. Owner is super friendly and honest. Chevy dealership wanted to charge me $900, these guys did awesome work for $200.

The owner was very honest. I brought my car in for repairs (a brake change), and was only charged for the brakes that needed repair. The shop could have charged to replace everything without question. Its rare to find an honest mechanic in the area, and I would bring any of my vehicles here again. Highly recommend!

I searched few local mechanics that would not help me with my car hood and the latched that I was unable to open . So I googled up online and found this location that is closer to home so I went ahead and email Mike, he then said that he can help and I went there within 15 min after the email response .. his team and Mike is so wonderful with being able to open my car hood and give me few advices on my car issues . Lube xpress on Montwood broke my oil drain plug, then broke a drill bit off into my oil pan. They sent my van to Mr Motor on Esper and they fixed all the problems and had my van back to me really fast!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We were on a road trip from North Carolina, and our compressor blew. We rolled in 15 minutes before closing, and these guys here stayed late to help us. Although we couldn’t get the part, they found out the problem and gave us some advice for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend Mr. Motor to anyone who needs their car serviced. My hubby and I have come here multiple times and they always do a great job. Hector and his team are professional, honest, fair and most of all they do very good work. Any time we have an issue we go straight Hector and his team. They are very knowledgeable about cars and have fix all of our repairs with no issue. You could never tell anything was wrong with the cars after we got repairs done here. And the thing we like about them the most is that they are honest and upfront. Overcharged $300 on the amount quotes for parts and labor. Guess that what I get for having a friend pick the car up for me when I’m stuck in Las Cruses for work. Took 3 days longer than quoted and I get that. I’m sure they do good work but overcharged me for parts when I don’t personally pick the car back up. Juan and Mike.
