I’ve been with this insurance company for 30 years. I have made one prior claim to which I was denied. Then the day before thanksgiving with the rainstorm my guest room flooded, again I tried to make a claim my ceiling plaster was soggy and falling, water was coming from behind the wall and under my wood flooring which is now warped . Everything was soaked. Again I made a claim and was denied. Allstate is the worst when it comes to helping clients. No offer of blowers to help dry the area, nothing, so much for the good hands people. I was left to deal with the mess myself. I have since canceled my insurance and learned my lesson. Big names don’t necessarily mean better. My mission now is to let the public know about my ordeal and to hopefully spare someone else the same
