Their hours arent the best especially if you work up 8 to 10 hours a day and that wouldnt be an issue if you could just call him and alter your policy and make payments on mine or handle policy alterations over the phone like almost any other insurance company but for some reason they dont let you and they make it to where you have to come in to alter your policy. For someone like me where I work so much that is almost impossible and Ive been trying to find time to come and make these alterations so I can get my car reg istered but because I dont have the time and because they wont allow me to do it online or over the phone its pretty much led to where I cant renew my registration without missing work just so I can go over there and tell them to add my car back on to the insurance

All 3 of my vehicles are through Pan American. They are the go between me and Progressive. I have no problem with them. They have assisted me. :)

These people are not professional what so ever!Their history of one of the owners being a city commissioner and having to steal money from the city.What makes you think he is doing with your money with this “insurance”. Fraudulent people will always be fraudulent. I would rather go else where to get insurance like Fred Loyal or Pronto Insurance. Even the employees are very rude and unethical.

This place is a broker for other insurance companies, like many others.They can try and get you good quote from various companies they work with. They are affordable for the most part. Depends on various factors that play into your overall quote and monthly rate though.

Great insurance to have, just to get all the requirements for your car. But they will not answer the phone in case of an accident. The good part os that is cheap for collateral damage and take mexican driver licenses. If you want full coverage go to a AAA insurance.
