I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and I am a very satisfied customer. In those years State Farm has provided excellent service to my family and I. Anytime I have submitted a claim they have been prompt and courteous and professional. Recently I contacted Mr Varela with regards to hail damage my vehicles sustained. He was quick to submit my claim. He has always been friendly and courteous as well as his team. This is why I have and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Joe and his team recently took over the local office after our previous agent retired. He and his account manager, David Gardiner, did a review of our current policies and any potential changes that we might need to consider. They were thorough and informative, without pushing us to add anything unnecessarily. It was an entirely positive experience.

I’ve been at this office for over a decade and I was transferred to a random agent when the previous agent left. The agent I was transferred to didn’t know much about me and constantly mispronounced my name. I felt like a number. I called State Farm after a bad experience with customer service and was luckily able to transfer back to this office. It has been a great transition, they remedied my bad experience, and the staff was so helpful! I’m glad I was able to switch back to this agent and will not look back!
