I was helped by Crystal with the office of Gonzalo Diaz. They were very helpful and explained all the rates. The rates they gave me was fair and made me choose to change insurance company.

This is by far the worst insurance company and agency Ive been at a certain issue of astronomical proportion happened. i wasnt helped what so ever even an agent from Farmers insurance said Bristol west insurance was not a good insurance to be in not only that but the agent Gonzalo Diaz wasnt able to offer a solution for the problem and right now my loan company for my vehicle is charging me a premium for 2,500 dollars for a cancelled policy which i wouldnt have happened if they didnt do me wrong! Stay away!
