If I could give it 0 stars I would.. Always have such a hard time trying to verify insurances for our customers. The girls that work there dont even know how to speak on the phone. Always such a hassle with this company. Why do small insurance companies always give such a hard time with verifying, yet the major company like Progressive, Geico, Allstate will verify with no problem?!?!?
