This is Sylvia Edwards, Im canceling my RENTAL property insurance with them, and going with another insurance, they dont deliver what they promised! WHAT A RIP OFF! They didnt pay the 5% that they were supposed to! They just make me waste my money & time. Dont do business with Joe Aragon or you will regret it! Worst Agent ever!

I have my life insurance policies, and when I need to go over my policies or have any questions they are always available to answer all my questions. The staff members are very professional and their customer service is excellent they make me feel important and always take good care of my insurance needs. I have never had any issues at all and I have been insured in that office for more than 5 years. Very happy with the service they provide and the agent is awesome very friendly and always caring for others needs to make sure the customer is well taken care of. I truly recommend this office for the extraordinary service available to the clients. I will not change insurance company nor office. I am very happy and satisfied with this office.

They constantly lost paperwork. In return for losing the paperwork they jacked up my policy amount. They also lost my form to withdraw funds. Out of frustration I cancelled my policy yet two months later I have a deduction for almost 600 dollars from my bank acct.How they did it when I cancelled my policy I dont know especially after they lost my form that authorized the deduction. I guess it magically reappeared.I have a complaint in with the corporate office but it will be up to the local office to refund the money. Ha!! Im sure I wont be getting it back from these people.I love state farm but do not use Joe Aragon office.

I was having very bad service and pricing from Farmers after being their customer for 38 years; at that time, I had two houses and seven cars insured by them, and they became very uncaring. I blitzed all the major insurance sellers in El Paso for Home and Auto insurance pricing and customer service. after reviewing over twenty quotes, I settled with the Joe Aragon agency for their knowledge, caring and commitment to customer service. Since 2012, they won my business with a thorough understanding of our familys needs; I have had no major problems since then with their office, if any problem surfaces, all I have to do is to call, and they will resolve any problem with the account.

Joe is a great agent- always available to answer questions and assist her clients with advice! My experience with this office has been exceptional- I would highly recommend stopping by their office if you are looking for a good insurance agent.

This office has been great to me and my parents. I needed urgent proof of insurance and changes to be made to my policies, all I had to do was make a quick call to Alfonso and he took care of it in a matter of minutes. The rest of the ladies are very attentive and Joe has given me really good advice on my finances and life insurance and I know he cares abour me and my famiy.This is way better than calling a 800 number where you hope the person who answers knows what they are doing.

Terrible Agent that cant be bothered with you,after you become one of his clients.

My dealings with the State Farm office on Kenworthy St, in El Paso TX was horrible! To start off, They kept loosing the document that authorized them to automatically withdraw funds. As a result, I had to go in & sign the same piece of paper multiple times. Then, a couple weeks later, I get a letter in the mail saying my account was delinquent for nonpayment. This seemed odd, because the money was supposed to be automatically withdrawn. When I called the office, I was told the reason the money was not taken was because they had the wrong card info on file. I have a hard time believing that simply because they had already taken money out of my account a month earlier. Then I was told I would have to pay my next two payments online until the automatic withdraw was set up. This leads me to believe that it was never set up in the first place, & they fed me the whole we have the wrong card info to cover up that fact. Now comes the fun part, when I try to create an online account so I can pay, the website didnt recognize my policy number & told me to contact online support. At that point I said screw it & got Progressive. I should have done that in the first place, but I was trying to save a little money & State Farm had quoted me a policy that was ten dollars cheaper. I spent that savings in aspirin & gas just trying to deal with this State Farm office so I really didnt save much. Im not going to say State Farm bad, simply because I only had them for a short time, so I cant give an honest opinion of the company. That being said, DO NOT GO TO JOE ARAGONS OFFICE ON KENWORTHY!!!! There are other offices in El Paso, I strongly recommend going to one of those instead.
