Had been a State Farm customer for 22 years but the agent I had died. State Farm then (without my acknowledgment or agreement) changed my agent to Daniel Call and it was the worst thing they could of done. The agent is only open Monday - Friday from 8-5 so if you need to go in you would have to take time off of work. I received offers from other insurers offering better coverage and rates in which I gave Daniel Calls office the opportunity to match but was told they won’t. I never missed an insurance payment and in 22 years had one claim. State Farm lost a long time good paying customer due to a very poor agent. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this agent.

Im late sharing my review, but Summer helped me early December. I was with USAA before, and she sold me 2x the coverage on both Autos, Homeowners, a liability umbrella policy for $1 million and a life policy for $50,000 on both me and my wife and we are still paying $30 less than what I was paying USAA for the Autos ALONE! Thats insane! Im so glad i found this office too, after reading the reviews I knew I had to go to them. They are honest, friendly and very efficient in what they do. I even had a young toddler that was running around their office and they were so patient with him Thanks again Guys, tell your agent to give you all a bonus! lol

No joke, I did indeed save money by switching to....State Farm. See what I did there? Rep. Jordan did an amazing job talking to Tracy from USAA (they kept me on the line for 40min) and he didnt pressure me to switch and matched my policy and tried to get me some discounts (which I qualified for two).Honestly, it was easy to switch over and just good people there, great vibes - he gave me a Coke.Would definitely recommend and if someone from State farm calls you (most likely because your friend switched over and referred you in order to get that $20 gift card) just hear them out.Peace ✌️

Originally gave them 5 star, however I finally had to switch agents. I had to correct them 4 or 5 times on my apartment address, which they assured me was fixed in the system. However it turns out that my address was wrong the entire time for my renters insurance. Then I was quoted the wrong price a few times on a new car i was adding to my policy, was unpleasantly surprised to learn my rate was higher than quoted. And they for some reason messed up the auto pay and then I had to pay extra for the next three months because of it. At first every thing was good and they made my move to El Paso very smooth, but after awhile it got annoying constantly having to double check everything and constantly correct them.

Dan Call and Cristina here in El Paso have been such a great help in guiding me through some important decisions. It started out with them taking their time and two separate appointments to explain and answer all of my questions about which life insurance policy suites me best. Now I have home insurance with them, and that caused my car insurance rate to decrease significantly so I switched over from progressive and am receiving much more coverage with State Farm. Highly recommend them, they will take you under their wing.
