I recently received a home and auto quote under this new Agency. I was very pleased with their customer service. I’ll be saving $240 compared to my current carrier, another huge plus!

Attention Elpasoens this branch of Allstate is not Ethical and does not meet business standards for Allstate. Employees do not value there customers, and thats a real dumb move cause guess what thats the only reason they have a job there. I was sure to take my business elsewhere. Little advice.. start valuing the customers worth.

The staff is very rude. They made mistakes on my policy and no one cloud explain to me what had happened. I just got tired and cancelled my policy.
