Always friendly and helpful! The office workers are amazing

I had a life insurance policy that I closed out recently. Itd been in place for more than 35 years, so closing it out was a hefty chunk of change, and Tanja was extremely helpful when it came to making sure the money got to me. Five stars well earned, these are good folks with excellent customer service.

I recently had a major car accident. The insurance personnel starting with my local office all the way up to the claim investigator were professional, understanding and thorough. Within one week of my accident I had my reimbursement in the bank. I am very happy with my Farmers insurance and never plan to change insurance companies.
