Love the girls that work at this Verizon store! Elle always goes out of her way to help, shes amazing! I would recommend this store to everyone, customer service is the best Ive ever seen.

Samantha at the El Dorado Kansas store is amazing. She knows her stuff and is a delight anytime I go in there.

They were really helpful. Unfortunately they were pretty busy and there was only one person in the store for most of our visit. Great experience but they seem understaffed.

Rachel was very helpful to this senior citizen. A few things hadnt moved over to my new phone that werent important to anyone but me. She had to try a few ways but was patient and cheerful. And I left with the video of my grandson that had been missing. 😊

They couldnt figure out why my moms camera wouldnt work

Justin hooked me up with my iPhone upgrade from a 6s to an 11. He was great at setting up my new phone and transferring information. I was especially impressed with his patience with customers lining up outside ( because of covid) that where clearly not happy about the wait outside. This particular day, Justin worked the store alone, and in my opinion, does a fabulous job !

Both employees were great. The first guy got us started with information as potential new customers. The girl later in the day started our new service. Im already happy with my new cell service compared to my old one. Thank for making it easy to switch.

Rachel was amazing!! She debunked the myth I was told about iPhones being the only phone with dual sim...and was able to set me up with a new S20 Note with dual sum for work and personal workflow 😊 happiness! The service she provided is immeasurable!! It meant A LOT after such a horrible previous customer service experience with a gentleman at that same store. She NEEDS a raise for all the work she does...(while I was in the store...several other customers came in and she helped all while training a new employee!) Thank you Rachel! We love your customer service and your amazing knowledge!

Brianna helped us purchase phones that were specific for our needs.. She took the time to transfer data from old phones to new phones and was helpful with our questions. She was very kind, considerate and put us at ease.

Everytime I go in the store Im always laughing and having a good time with the staff. Im glad that they make time to actually get to know their customers and have a conversation instead of just selling phones.

I have spent a month trying to get my issue resolved. The store employee wrote on paper the price we were to receive for our trade in and our new phone prices per month. Our plan did not reflect this amount, not even close. $300 difference. I have been to the store which I was to receive a phone call back and never did. They wrote on our agreement the price we were to pay and signed it, but will not follow through with it.

Rachael is a saint to be assisted by. Very personable, knowledgeable, and well versed in helping however she can!

We came here to pick up a phone my mother had ordered with Verizon. Everything was supposed to be setup and all we needed to do was pickup the phone and pay for it. To be honest i was unimpressed with the bed side manner. I dont know if it was because she was getting a cheaper, lower end phone or what but they seemed very uninterested in dealing with us, did not honor the deal she had setup over the phone, and had no interest in helping to clear things up simply telling us we could come back after figuring it out. We got the phone anyway sense we had already driven 45 minutes to get there. I did however add one star simply because this was the first device in the last five upgrades that actually activated like it was supposed to from the start so the did at least do a better job then most on that part.

I have never been so poorly in my life. Travis at the store treated me so bad and the big boss man watched and did nothing. I contacted Verizon and they said there were not a corporate store so they could treat anyone how they want to be treated. I went in there 8 years ago and got bad service and didnt buy from them and then again today. I really dont know how they stay open. STAY AWAY!!! If you want Verizon or any cell service call them or go online as people like Travis earn a commission off you and that means you pay more than if you went through the carrier directly.

The store was a normal phone store. They had a very limited variety of phones but they had apple and Samsung, so probably had most phones people want. The service was good. Verizon makes everything hard, so I hate them.
