Cox does not display correct prices on their website, they overcharge for just being a customer (signs of a struggling company), and they online chat is near useless, unless you are trying to add to your bill.

Been closed for weeks... I moved and cancelled my service and tried to return my modem. When i called the number on the door i got the stereotypical customer service rep and the usual run around saying i could go to wichita and drop it off there or go to a UPS store (wichita) and mail it out. So... Yay...

This Cox extension facility is absolutely the best one I have ever visited. The staff there is friendly and eager to correct any problems I have had. Historically it seems like the modem is the weak link of the entire system however they easily changed that out with a 10-minute visit. I would encourage anyone in Butler County to visit this facility for your TV, cable, and internet needs. Cox is closing out some of these smaller facilities and it would be a shame to lose this one!

Its always nice to have a face to talk to. The staff is friendly and they do their best to help you how they can. (Giving staff 5 stars). The only reason they lose a Star is because of the money hungry company they work for.

I have 5 mini boxes at my rental property and one of the boxes quit working and we found out it belonged to somebody in town. I have no idea how that many box got switched with a local man. The ladies at Cox really helped me with my issue. They are fast, compassionate, and very knowledgeable.

You can pay your bill here get service connected and return their equipment but dont ask too many questions about your bill they can only tell you what the computer says. They will still make you call billing.
