Only one person working in the office. One person in at a time due to Covid scare. Long wait time outside. The lady in the office was very nice, and professional. She gets 5 stars. Suddenlink gets a 0.
Has the worst customer service and is nearly impossible to get a live person in less than 30min. Have been experiencing intermittent T-Voe issues with total loss of services for over a 3 month period. Finally sent back the T-Voe systems and went strictly Wi-Fi because they couldnt provide a strong enough signal for the T-Voe to work properly. They do have the best internet available though.
Prices goes up if you dont buy there phone or t.v. service and wifi is horrible in the town of el Dorado and barely works out of it
The only employee thats been there for last few months, does an exceptional job, so customers dont have 2 wait, outside, regardless of the weather.

There were 2 employees on site and one met me at the door. She immediately began trying to keep me from making an onsite account payment. She had to allow me in. Then she began to try and sell ne a phone but I decided against it after I explained how I would be moving further down the highway from town and wouldnt be keeping suddenlink service unless they could expand and her response to me was... Theres no new development happening west of here so we dont plan on expanding. Her statement is false. There is a highway expansion happening now on Magnolia Hwy. Bye bye Suddenlink.

This company sucks. It blocks other providers like Xfinity I couldnt watch a thing I called Xfinity and talk to corporate and they said its Sudden link. I believe if complain to the FCC. Suddenlink might be subject penalties. Their router sucks because you have to reset it 6 or more times a day. WFH really. Rating should be -100
Ive been without internet for over a week now with no help from Suddenlink. My son is now behind on school and Im without a paycheck. The technicians who showed up to fix my cable line were high on meth and clueless. They fixed the line to my house then proceeded to tell me the issue wasnt the line! The incompetence is astounding and Im still without internet my next step will be contacting my lawyer if this isnt resolved.

My bill went from 113.99 to 135.00 dollars and all I have is unlimited high speed internet . Ive had it for a year and its went up over 20 dollars. Thinking seriously of terminating the service and going with another provider. I mean were does this end . Two years from now am I gonna be paying 200 dollars and month? This is crazy that its went up this high.
09/20/2019I called Suddenlink twice today. The recording said their call volume is high, wait time is 20 minutes. The first time I waited 1 hour and 36 minutes, the second time I waited 36 minutes just for one of their well trained customer service representatives to pick up the phone never bothered to say a word and hung up. Totally insolent customer service. All theyre concerned about is your money. I havent received a bill for this month which is the reason I was calling. Oh yeah, It rained last night and this morning. I bet the call volume is high. Wifi is still spotty and unstable especially when it rain.

Absolutely the worst. If something goes wrong you will not be able to speak to anyone in technical support and often something does go wrong.
My bill keeps going up $20 a month, plus I’m being charged an extra $11 for an HD DVR that has NEVER worked(even SL local office has verified this), plus a second HD at $10 per, the wifi signal is weak and horrible(every time a cloud goes by), and customer service is not very good at all (hard to get a rep to talk to)! And there website won’t let you contact anyone either. They have the monopoly on cable TV in the south Arkansas area so they really don’t seem to care about clients.
For the past three months every time it rains or the wind blows my internet goes out. I have called Suddenlink out multiple times and they can never fix the problem. I will be going with satellite soon.

Signed up for bundle several years ago and thought the monthly bill was still a bit high, assumed it was due to number of movie channels. Recently discovered that they gave us the bundle but not the bundle discount. Was overcharged approx. 3,000.00 over the years and no offer whatsoever to make restitutution. Will be contacting an attorney regarding this.Yesterday they turned off our services by mistake and are now telling us 2 days before they can turn them on again. Am currently looking for alternatives, because apparently they are only efficient in monthly billing.
Terrible company! Every contact phone number for customer service is not a working number. Also the service and according to the prices is highway robbery. Last but not least; Wi-Fi service is not great at all. Throw the whole company in the trash.
I wish I had more to say but it isnt always reliable and it does take them forever to get it set up (about 18 days). The technician who set it up was nice but that is about as much good I can say about Suddenlink.

Cable box is always having issues. The 800 number takes you to people who cant help you. It always takes a week to two weeks before a tech can come to fix it. Not worth the money.
They pretty much have a monopoly on wired internet in our area which allows them to provide extremely unacceptable service and speed. The internet speed is barely reaching half of what you are paying for on a good day.
One of the associates was very unprofessional, while the other was helpful. It was close to leaving time for the unprofessional associate, but I chose to be nice anway.

My husband and I will be switching over to U-verse once they open in El Dorado. People at Suddenlink are horrible at communicating with one another. The internet does rock, but the price and service is not a joy.*The employees at the El Dorado store are pleasant, though. The service as a whole is the issue.
Be careful when scheduling internet, cable and phone service. They have rescheduled four times on my children. Finally after going through several steps to get it done today, between the broad hours of 8 and 6, and my son in law taking off to be here since it would have been in his name, they called again and have to reschedule for the 16th. First it was the 7th, then the 12th, then to today because of work and now the 16th, now again today it was moved to the 20th. They never called the local installation company..the ones that actually do the work. Be careful. You know they will not give you any consideration in paying them but your inconvenience does not matter.

Customer service rep are rude. The local supervisor never followed up with me after I had billing question. Said someone would call with in 24 to 48 hours never heard from her again. When I Called customer service they tell me to go to my local store but the supervisor at the local store is only there one day out of the week.
Tried to charge extra because we terminated our contract. Very bad at clearing misunderstandings. Also, internet is not even good.
No tv for almost 13 hours. This company really sucks. Dish will be at my home tomorrow.
